★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wie im Zoo. Man kann im Kundenzentrum Faultieren beim Nichtstun zusehen. Kaum Kundschaft und wenn, dann bewegt sich nichts und niemand :) Nur noch im Baumarkt zu übertreffen.
Like in the zoo. You can watch sloths doing nothing in the customer center. Hardly any customers and when they do, nothing and nobody moves :) Can only be surpassed in the hardware store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine mir zugeteilte Sachbearbeiterin war mir gegenüber äußerst unhöflich und hysterisch, sodass diese beispielsweise mitten im Gespräch auflegte und bei erneutem Anruf mir gedroht wurde Anzeige wegen stalking gegen mich zu erstatten. Mehr muss man dazu nicht sagen.
