★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unhöfliches Personal. Es gibt auch eine Dame die BERUFLICHES mit PRIVATEN nicht unterscheiden kann. Diese Dame gehört schon lange entlassen. In den Zimmern richt es unangenehm . Wen man Personal braucht findet man keinen.
Very rude staff. There is also a lady who cannot differentiate between PROFESSIONAL and PRIVATE. This lady should have been fired a long time ago. It's uncomfortable in the rooms. You won't find anyone who needs staff.

Everything is great: the residents are very well looked after here and are really well looked after in this house. The employees are all friendly, nice and very competent!
