 The service has steadily gone downhill since shortly after the incorporation into the Vienna branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die mieseste Bank auf Gottes Erden... Ich kann nur jedem der das hier liest davon abraten bei dieser Bank ein Konto zu eröffnen. Service 0, man kann zeitweise keine Überweisungen tätigen, die "Apps" sind technisch aus den 90igern und die Bank brüskiert sich damit die "Hausbank" und "kundennah" zu sein, das ich nicht lache... nie, nie wieder!
The worst bank on God's earth ... I can only advise anyone reading this against opening an account with this bank. Service 0, you can't make transfers at times, the "apps" are technically from the 90s and the bank snubs itself by being the "house bank" and "close to the customer", which I don't laugh at ... never, never again!

Wurden zu einem Termin eingeladen, unser Berater hatte sichtlich Lust uns zu beraten , war circa 23 Jahre jung und hatte es notwendig und ständig seinen Autoschlüssel des deutschen Qualitätsautos zu präsentieren. Er hat mir versichert, sein Vater arbeitet in dieser Filiale und macht uns einen super Zinssatz... die zwei stand vor dem Komma... mehr muss man nicht sagen..

Were invited to an appointment, our advisor was obviously interested in advising us, was around 23 years old and had to constantly present his car key for the German quality car. He assured me that his father works in this branch and gives us a great interest rate ... the two were in front of the decimal point ... you don't have to say more ..
