ABER: Sobald man etwas von ihnen braucht, das nicht alle Tage vorkommt, steht man im Regen. In unserem Fall brauchten wir für unsere Firmengründung eine Bestätigung der finanziellen Leistungsfähigkeit. Die Bank sollte bestätigen, dass eine bestimmte Summe vorhanden ist auf den Namen des Firmengründers. Mit Sparbuch hingegangen...und unverrichteter Dinge wieder heim. Kennen sie nicht, machen sie nicht.. Alle Erklärungen meinerseits umsonst gewesen. Ein Anruf bei der WKO hätte Bestätigung gebracht, aber manche Berater halten sich für allwissend. Als ich den Damen bei der Wirtschaftskammer meinen Vorfall berichtet habe, haben sie nur ungläubig den Kopf geschüttelt. Sowas hätten sie bislang noch nie erlebt, meinten sie. Tja Volksbank wird definitiv nicht unser Geschäftskonto führen.. We never had any problems with simple day-to-day business such as savings account deposits and withdrawals, transfers etc. BUT: As soon as you need something from them that doesn't happen every day, you stand in the rain. In our case, we needed confirmation of financial capacity to set up our company. The bank should confirm that a certain sum is available in the name of the company founder. Went there with a savings account ... and returned home without having achieved anything. Don't know, don't do it .. All explanations on my part have been in vain. A call to the WKO would have confirmed, but some advisors consider themselves omniscient. When I reported my incident to the ladies at the Chamber of Commerce, they just shook their heads in disbelief. They said they had never seen anything like it before. Well Volksbank will definitely not manage our business account ..
