★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Für tägliche Bankgeschäfte empfehlenswert. Nettes Personal, vor allem Gabi. Die Dame ungarischer Herkunft ist leider das komplette Gegenteil. Jedes Mal, wenn wir am Schalter eine Bargeldeinzahlung mit anschließender Überweisung tätigen wollten (Kassabestand der Firma), verwies sie höchst unfreundlich auf den Automaten und dass Überweisungen dort zu tätigen seien. Für was zahle ich dann Gebühren? Dann kann ich doch gleich zu einer Onlinebank wechseln, wenn ich eh alles selber machen muss...
Recommended for daily banking. Nice staff, especially Gabi. The lady of Hungarian origin is, unfortunately, the complete opposite. Every time we wanted to make a cash deposit with a subsequent transfer at the counter (cash on hand of the company), she referred extremely unfriendly to the machine and that transfers were to be made there. What do I pay fees for then? Then I can switch to an online bank right away if I have to do everything myself ...
