Der Bank geht es ausschließlich nur noch um Profitmaximierung. Da ich seit über 15 Jahren selbstständiger Vermögensberater bin und mit vielen Banken Geschäftsbeziehungen pflege, kann ich sagen, dass ich mit der Volksbank Krems mit Abstand die schlechtesten Erfahrungen gemacht habe. Zu sehr ins Detail möchte ich nicht gehen. Although I worked at Volksbank Krems myself in 1993/1994 and was a satisfied customer for many years, in recent years I have found that the bank has developed in the wrong direction, probably due to the current management, and is by no means still customer-oriented is working. The bank is only interested in maximizing profit. Since I've been an independent financial advisor for over 15 years and have business relationships with many banks, I can say that I've had by far the worst experience with Volksbank Krems. I don't want to go into too much detail.

The staff are rude. Avoid at all costs. I have now closed my account and that of my family members and taken my custom else where.
