I use both the branch Krems and Tulln. Both branches offer a great service, all staff are always very accommodating.

A	Andrea on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine unmöglich Filiale in Krems,unfreundlich und es hebt nie jemand das Telefon ab.Man braucht eine Maske beim betreten und gleichzeitig stürzt ein e komische Gestalt vom ÖWD auf einen zu um Fieber zu messen.Sowas dämliches gibt es auf keiner Bank An impossible branch in Krems, unfriendly and no one ever picks up the phone. S	Steffi Meyer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin seit 40 Jahren Kundin bei der Bank Austria aber derart desinteressierte Mitarbeiterinnen hab ich noch nie erlebt. Ich habe nicht nur bei mir erlebt sondern auch bei anderen Kunden beobachtet, dass man Menschen in dieser Filiale nicht haben möchte. Auf Fragen bekommt man oberlehrerhafte Belehrungen, die mit Kundenfreundlichkeit nichts zu tun haben. Das Ziel der BA dürfte sein, auch auf diesem Weg die KundInnen auf Telebanking umzustellen. Mir ist das sehr recht. Bevor ich mich weiter solch unangenehmer Atmosphäre aussetze, wechsle ich entweder die Bank oder mach mir tatsächlich alles per Telebanking selbst. Mir tun diese Mitarbeiterinnen jedenfalls nicht leid, wenn auch die Filiale Krems geschlossen wird. Man will das offenbar ganz stark ?‍♀️ I've been a Bank Austria customer for 40 years, but I've never seen such disinterested employees. I have not only seen with myself but also with other customers that you don't want people in this branch. In response to questions, one receives top teacher-like instructions that have nothing to do with customer friendliness. The aim of the BA should be to convert customers to telebanking in this way too. That's fine with me. Before I continue to expose myself to such an uncomfortable atmosphere, I either change banks or actually do everything myself via telebanking. In any case, I don't feel sorry for these employees if the Krems branch is also closed. You obviously want that very strongly ?‍♀️

Eigentlich wollte ich hier schon nach dem letzten Erlebnis, als mein Sohn aus der Filiale gesperrt wurde aufgrund unflexibler Mitarbeiter nicht mehr herkommen. Ich bleibe in meiner Liesinger Filiale, wo man hält was man verspricht und auf Kundengespräche auch bestens vorbereitet ist. Dies ist in dieser Filiale leider 0.0 der Fall!!! Eine echte Enttäuschung! Ich bin seit 25 Jahren Kunde der Bank Austria aber sowas habe ich noch nicht erlebt! Already had incredibly annoying experiences here. Staff very rude and incompetent. Actually, after the last experience when my son was banned from the branch due to inflexible employees, I actually wanted to stop coming here. I stay in my Liesinger branch, where they keep their promises and are well prepared for customer meetings. Unfortunately this is 0.0 the case in this branch !!! A real disappointment! I've been a Bank Austria customer for 25 years, but I've never seen anything like it!

Sind mehrmals im Monat dort, sowohl die Kassenmitarbeiterinnen als auch die anderen Bankbetreuer sind immer freundlich, nett und hilfsbereit! Da könnten sich die Filialen in Wien was abschauen. For us, the branch in Krems is the best! Are there several times a month, both the cashiers and the other bank clerks are always friendly, nice and helpful! The branches in Vienna could learn something from that.
