Sanierung dauert bereits mehr als ein halbes Jahr an.
Die Sanierung wurde auch nicht nach Sanierungsleitfaden des Bundesministeriums abarbeitet sondern einfach alles gepfuscht. Schimmelige Wände wurden nur zum Teil getauscht. Nasse Wände gar nicht, sondern einfach nur drüber gemalt. -> ISO Zertifiiert?!?! und dann trotzdem Pfuscherei.
Edit:
1 Jahr später und die Wohnung ist noch immer nicht fertig. Klage folgt!

The renovation has already been going on for more than half a year.
The redevelopment was not carried out according to the Federal Ministry's redevelopment guidelines, but everything was simply botched. Moldy walls were only partially replaced. Not wet walls at all, just painted over them. -> ISO certified?!?! and then messing around anyway.
Edit:
1 year later and the apartment is still not ready. Lawsuit follows!
