★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe im 23. Bezirk ein Zweifamilienhaus thermisch sanieren lassen, Zu- und Umbauten vornehmen lassen und Natursteine verlegen. Die Ausführung war 99% zu meiner Zufriedenheit. Die 1% wurden rasch erledigt, und ich würde wieder STB nehmen, Preise sind zwar nicht vom Diskonter, dafür halten sie und man braucht nicht herumdiskutieren. Außerdem spricht es für sich, dass die Firma nun schon seit vielen vielen Jahren ohne Konkurs arbeitet - für die Baubranche untypisch und für den Bauherren sehr entspannend, wenn man weiß, dass man nicht ein halbfertiges Haus bekommt um dann die Firma zu wechseln.
