★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren mehr als 10 Jahre Kunde und mussten leider erfahren, dass dieser Makler seine Maklervollmacht soweit missbraucht, dass er ohne Rücksprache mit uns einerseits unsere Versicherungen nach Belieben kündigt und andererseits 10-Jahre-Bindungsfristen in unserem Namen eingeht (und von der Versicherung die entsprechende Provision kassiert). Ist mir ein Rätsel wie man bei so einer Arbeitsweise am Markt bleiben kann.
 We had been a customer for more than 10 years and unfortunately had to find out that this broker abused his broker power to the extent that he on the one hand terminates our insurance at will without consulting us and on the other hand enters into 10-year commitment periods on our behalf (and the corresponding one from the insurance company Commission collected). It is a mystery to me how you can stay on the market with such a way of working.
