A	Alex on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Это скорее бизнес-отель... Но...все было на высоком уровне! Отель находится далеко от центра, но огромный плюс - бесплатные парковки в этом районе... Очень хороший и отзывчивый персонал отеля. Номера очень просторные, неплохая косметика...Хороший завтрак. Есть небольшой кардио-зал и сауна.

I	IRINA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Отель рядом с конечной станцией метро ( или электричек, не знаю как правильнее), причем от центра города это недалеко. Тут же остановки трамваев и автобусов, много кафе и разнообразие фаст фуда (есть KFC, всяческие ларьки, в том числе турецкие), рядом большой супермаркет Spara, много магазинчиков. На нижнем этаже гостиницы (уровень Е, т. к. 1й этажом считается наш 2й) есть диванчик, небольшой бар и зоны со столиками для тех, кто завтракает и/или обедает тут же. Я ела в других местах, поэтому про кухню отеля сказать ничего не могу. Очень уютно, тихо и спокойно. Номер для некурящих, просторный, чисто и комфортно. В спальне помимо сдвоенный кроватей и трубочек и встроенного шкафа, есть ТВ, письменный стол и кушетка. Имеется сушилка, гладильная доска и утюг. Кухонная зона в коридорчике состоит из встроенных раковины, холодильника, есть СВЧ и чайник, пакетики с чаем (4 вида), растворимым кофе (в том числе без кофеина), сахаром и сливками пополнялись ежедневно. Санузел удобный, фен и 2е зеркало с увеличением, одноразовые мыло, тюбики с шампунем, кремом пополнялись, душ удобный, хотя не помешала бы дверка или занавески т.к. перегородка небольшая и брызги попадают на пол, но это скорее проблема для тех, кто убирает потом номер. Полотенца меняются, бельё чистое. Кондиционером не пользовалась, но он есть. В общем впечатление отличное.
L	Leo Kuliush on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ACHTUNG ABZOCKE : Es könnte ein nettes Apparthotel sein - ist es leider nicht. Es ist mittelmäßiges Hotel. Möbel sind OK. Alle Sachen, die im Appartement wichtig sind, fehlen jedoch oder funktionieren nicht: Wasserkocher - abwesend, Kochmoglichkeit - abwesend, Kochgeschirr - abwesend, WLAN - abwesend, Hotspot erhalten - funktionslos, Mikrowelle - ausser Funktion, Haartrockner - ausser Funktion, Tür Schloß - immer wieder Fehlfunktion. Bei der Buchung wurde ich per Mail angefragt noch Mal zu bezahlen, und war recht nervös. Email Nachfrage wurde nicht beantwortet. Rückmeldung bei Ankunft: "ah, das ist nur unser dummes Buchungssystem"... - Den Personal interessiert es nicht. Ich war aud Durchreise und wollte bisschen arbeiten und sich erholen. Stattdessen musste ich stets zu Restaurants, oder bestellen, oder um WLAN irgendwo betteln. Nicht mal ein Tee zu machen ist hier möglich! Statt ausschlafen, Unterwäsche zu waschen und bisschen zu arbeiten, musste ich stets das Geld ausser Haus ausgeben. Ergo: Lieber altbekannte Appartement Seiten nutzen. ATTENTION RIP-OFF: It could be a nice apartment hotel - unfortunately it is not. It's mediocre hotel. Furniture is OK. However, all things that are important in the apartment are missing or not working: kettle - absent, cooking facilities - absent, cookware - absent, WiFi - absent, hotspot preserved - non-functional, microwave - non-functional, hairdryer - non-functional, door lock - always malfunction again. When booking, I was asked by email to pay again and was quite nervous. Email request was not answered. Feedback on arrival: "ah, that's just our stupid booking system" ... - The staff doesn't care. I was just passing through and wanted to work a little and relax. Instead, I always had to go to restaurants, or order, or beg for WiFi somewhere. It is not even possible to make tea here! Instead of sleeping in, washing my underwear and doing a little work, I always had to spend the money away from home. Ergo: Better to use well-known apartment pages.

Am nächsten Tag habe ich telefonisch gebucht und wieder kein Bestätigungsmail bekommen Als ich urgieren wollte wurde zuerst nicht abgehoben und dann die Verbindung bewusst abgebrochen. Unverständlich diese Vorgangsweise I wanted to book directly by email and got no answer. I booked by phone the next day and again didn't get a confirmation email When I wanted to urge, the line was not picked up at first and then the connection was deliberately broken off. This procedure is incomprehensible
K	Klaus Kusch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und geräumig. Ebenso verfügt das Zimmer über ausreichend Stauraum (was in den meisten neueren Hotels ein Problem ist). Auch außerhalb der Zimmer wurde sehr auf Sauberkeit geachtet. Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und das Personal äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Einziges Manko ist die Hotelbar, denn die Cocktails sind vorgefertigt und schmecken dementsprechend schlecht. Wein und Bier sind gut. Eine Anbindung an das Schienennetz ist in Nähe. Den Fitnessraum und die Sauna haben wir nicht genutzt. Wir werden auf alle Fälle beim nächsten Wienbesuch wieder in dieses Hotel gehen. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The room also has plenty of storage space (which is a problem in most newer hotels). Outside the room, too, great attention was paid to cleanliness. The breakfast was very varied and the staff extremely friendly and accommodating. The only drawback is the hotel bar, because the cocktails are pre-made and therefore taste bad. Wine and beer are good. A connection to the rail network is nearby. We didn't use the fitness room or the sauna. We will definitely go back to this hotel the next time we visit Vienna.
S	Serena's world on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s so amazing, extremely clean , the bed i so comfortable, the temperature in the room is pleasant , it’s really good for rest and sleep , bed sheet is super clean too and new , bathroom too , next time when I visit Vienna, I definitely will book the same hotel ! Very positive experience, and I highly recommend to everyone.
