total schön, urnett und einfach super. Liegt Zentral, Hilfsbereitschaft über telefon, blitzsauber ect. Ich komme auf jedenfall wieder!

Meiner Meinung nach hat dieses Haus unglaublich tolle Kapazitäten. Anfangs Schwierigkeiten .... sind sicher bald weg. Modern, blitzsauber, bequem. 9. Stock, Vollmond über Wien. Ich empfehle dieses Haus.

Ich finde die Wohnungen hier sind klein aber fein. Das Konzept ist auch supa und bin sonst zufrieden. Außerdem habe ich aber schon zu oft schlechte Erfahrungen mit der Rezeption gehabt. Es gibt eine Dame, die sich immer extrem unhöflich und unsympathisch verhält. Egal was die Situation war, hat sie mir null weitergeholfen, sondern mich, als eine Kundin nur kritisiert. Wegen ihr gebe ich diese 2 Sterne. Ich würde mir wünschen, dass ich es nicht so geschrieben hätte, aber musste unbedingt Mal gesagt werden.

Reception molto poco professionale !! La camera è stata per 2 notti fredda, fredda, fredda.Viene da chiedersi : perché non funziona il climatizzatore/calorifero nelle stanze? Con l'aggravante che non c'era nessuno alla reception dopo un certo orario nel pomeriggio per " avere aiuto". E questo perché nel fine settimana sono assenti alla reception! Assurdo!!

I stayed here for a month. Overall it was a pleasant experience. The check-in and out can be done easily anytime, but if you are arriving early/late, you should know you will get a first entrance code so you can open the main entrance. The check in counter is then on your right and it will provide you with a card that serves as a key for everything. Before you leave, check out there too. The rooms are rather small, but extremely effective and very fresh modern and clean. They have majority of stuff one might need, including kitchen pots, coffee machine (for capsule), fridge, dishwasher. Tv is also ok, you can watch it from your bad. You can project from yr laptop too, and I brought hdmi cable which made it easier. The "working" area is just a small bench with pillows and table. Does the job, but not suitable for a lot of sitting. But you can over go to lobby and work there. Internet is excellent, public (ypu login with your room login). The water heater, clothes rack, iron and ironing board are shared, and they can be found on every floor in a shared room marked with spray bottle symbol. Upon arrival, toilettries, few dishwasher tablets and some coffee is provided, which is great, but not afterwards (e.g., every week). They clean your room weekly. The washing mashines and driers are on a ground floor, and they are not free, but can be accessed (only) via miele app on yr phone. You prepaid the amount, wash, and then you can get a refund if you do not spend entire amount. The reception hours are rather short, but they are very kind and helpful, you should talk to them if you have ANY concern. Finally, I will only mention that I was here during a lockdown, which did influence my stay and I was not pleased, but that has nothing to do with hotel (except pricing could have been reduced). Also, the entire time the Platz right in front was renovated, which means a lot of construction work and noise all day long. It is done now, so should not concern you, but affected my working hours. Looks great now though. Finally, there were some issues with the cleaning lady but we got that covered thanks to the reception desk. For these reasons (lockdown, noise, cleaning) it is not five but four stars, but it is highly probable if you decide to stay here it will be even higher.
