Es kann nichts im Vorhinein gezeigt werden. Und vorher nen Kaufvertrag zu unterzeichnen naja muss jeder für sich selbst entscheiden. Very nice advice only unfortunately you can not make a picture about the whole example planning examples or to flow or floors. Nothing can be shown in advance. And before NEN purchase contract to sign well everyone has to decide for themselves.

The people of the company are very nice and accommodating. The price was ok (if you can say that in the house) all in all. Thank you

Der Bau des Hauses war perfekt organisiert und es wurde alles wie gewünscht erledigt. Wir können VIVA Haus nur weiterempfehlen und waren sehr zufrieden. We bought our property at VIVA house and had our house built by them. The construction of the house was perfectly organized and everything was done as desired. We can only recommend VIVA house and were very satisfied.

Wir haben uns sehr gut betreut gefühlt: unsere Fragen und Anliegen sind stets umgehend beantwortet und bearbeitet worden - von der Einreichung beim Bauamt bis zu den finalen Detail-Ausführungen. Wir können Viva-Haus aufgrund der professionellen und sorgfältigen Bauweise (gute Ausführungsqualität, stets saubere Baustelle, gut abgesichert) und dem engagierten, motivierten und stets zuvorkommenden Team empfehlen. Our Bauhaus-style Viva house was built on time and in the way we had imagined and planned. We felt very well looked after: our questions and concerns were always answered and dealt with promptly - from the submission to the building authorities to the final details. We can recommend Viva-Haus due to the professional and careful construction (good execution quality, always clean construction site, well secured) and the dedicated, motivated and always courteous team.

Wir waren auch begeistert. Vor allem von der Sauberkeit. Dann haben wir auch mit VIVA-Haus gebaut. Und es war genau so. Schon im ersten Gespräch hat alles gepasst. Besser gehts nicht. Das GESAMTE Team extrem nett, unkompliziert, hilfsbereit. Der vereinbarte Fertigstellungstermin wurde mehr als eingehalten ? um 2 Monate früher nur damit wir Weihnachten schon einziehen konnten. Besser geht‘s nicht. Nun wohnen wir seit 1,5 Jahren im Haus, sind total zufrieden und würden ohne zu überlegen wieder mit dem Team um Arno Hernach bauen!!! A friend of mine built a house with VIVA. He was excited. Above all from the friendliness. My wife and I have visited the construction site a few times. We loved it too. Especially the cleanliness. Then we also built with VIVA-Haus. And it was exactly like that. Everything went well in the first conversation. It couldn't be better. The ENTIRE team extremely nice, uncomplicated, helpful. The agreed completion date was more than met ? 2 months earlier just so that we could move in by Christmas. It couldn't be better. We have been living in the house for 1.5 years now, we are totally satisfied and would build again with Arno Hernach's team without thinking twice !!!

Den durchweg positiven Bewertungen der anderen schließen wir uns voll an: Solides und transparentes Vorgehen von der Planung bis zum Abschluss der Bauarbeiten (Wir haben uns übrigens für 50er Ziegel entschieden, die wir ebenfalls sehr empfehlen). Sehr nette und kompetente Leute: Immer Zeit für Beratung, auch nach Abschluss der Bauarbeiten praktische Unterstützung. - Jetzt, fast zwei Jahre nach Fertigstellung, fühlen wir uns in dem Haus nach wie vor sehr wohl. We had our house built by Viva-Haus, and we also recommended the company to our sister / brother-in-law, who now also use the full service (from the purchase of land to turnkey house construction). We fully agree with the consistently positive reviews of the others: Solid and transparent approach from planning to completion of the construction work (by the way, we opted for 50 mm bricks, which we also highly recommend). Very nice and competent people: always time for advice, even after completion of the construction work, practical support. - Now, almost two years after completion, we still feel very comfortable in the house.
