★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach einer raschen Angebotserstellung wurden wir bei einem Termin wo es eigentlich um die Auftragserteilung ging ohne Nachricht versetzt. Auf unsere Anrufe und Mails wurde nicht reagiert und das bis heute, 3 Wochen später. Es kann ja vorkommen, dass ein Termin platzt, aber dieses Verhalten eines Unternehmens einem Kunden gegenüber ist vollkommen unverständlich. Wir raten von dieser Firma ab, denn wenn das vor Vertragsabschluss schon so läuft, wie dann erst, wenn der Bau im werden ist und es Probleme gibt?
Über die Qualität können wir daher nichts sagen denn soweit sind wir nicht gekommen.
 After a quick quotation, we were at an appointment where it was actually about the order placed without message. Our calls and mails were not responded to today, 3 weeks later. It may happen that a date bursts, but this behavior of a company towards a customer is completely incomprehensible. We advise against this company, because if that is already the case before the conclusion of the contract, how then only when the construction is in and there are problems?
So we can not say anything about the quality because we did not come that far.
