Brillen kaufen war bisher immer schwierig, bin froh diesen Shop gefunden zu haben. Sehr empfehlenswert. Very good advice and wide selection of narrow / medium / wide enough, beautiful designs and reasonable prices. Buying eyeglasses has always been difficult, I am glad to have found this shop. Highly recommended.

Ohne zu zögern und ohne grosse Umstände haben die beiden sehr zuvorkommenden, sympathischen Mitarbeiter mir neue Gläser bestellt - und dies kostenfrei. In der Schweiz wurde mir in 2 versch. Filialen von VIU lediglich Fehlverhalten bei der Reinigung vorgeworfen. Ganz herzlichen Dank an den VIU Store Innsbruck, ihr seid super :) .. then I "had" to travel from Switzerland to Innsbruck so that my concern (apparent coating defect on my VIU glasses) was taken seriously. Without hesitation and without much ado, the two very courteous, personable employees ordered new glasses for me - free of charge. In Switzerland, I was accused of misconduct with cleaning in 2 different branches of VIU. Thank you very much to the VIU Store Innsbruck, you are great :)

Als der Bügel meiner Brille gebrochen ist, haben sie sehr kulant reagiert - die Marke/die Brillen/der Laden sind also auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert! The VIU team gave me great advice (professional and fashionable), they are extremely friendly and the entire order processing has worked great and fast. When the strap of my glasses broke, they reacted very accommodating - the brand / glasses / the store are definitely recommended!

Das Geschäft hat eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre; ich wurde von dem freundlichen Viu-Team sehr gut beraten und freue mich auch auf das nächste Mal wenn ich hingehe. Ich möchte mich an dieser Stelle nochmal bei meinem Namenskollegen Jakob bedanken, der mich bei meinem Brillenkauf wirklich extrem gut beraten hat. Das Personal ist generell extrem kundenfreundlich und gibt dir trotz erstklassiger Beratung nicht das Gefühl, dass du sofort etwas dort kaufen musst.
