Fazit wer zeit hat und sich nur den Weg zum mc.donald ersparen will kann hier um teueres geld hier seinen hunger stillen. Lunch waiting time to 45min. Innkeeper no trained chef is often overwhelmed. Service is no heuler. Except David a fine boy. Conclusion who has time and only wants to save the way to mc.donald can quench his hunger here for expensive money here.

G	Gassi senior on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe in Innsbruck immer das Problem ein passendes Restaurant zu finden.Heute habe ich die Virger Stube entdeckt.Ein uriges Beisl etwas ausserhalb vom Zentrum.Es handelt sich hier um keinen Gourmettempel aber die Kritik der Gäste ist durchwegs erfreulich und Postiv. Ich wurde mit echt Tiroler Freundlichkeit empfangen. Die Speisekarte ist nicht riesig aber ich wurde schnell fündig. Meine Wahl viel auf die so selten Angebotene Saure Kuttelsuppe und ein Hirschragout mit Semmelknödel.Ohne zu übertreiben musste ich feststellen das die Lokal und Speisenwahl die richtige war.Die Kuttelsuppe war gut und würzig und das Wild gerichtet schmeckte wie ich es erhoffte.Das Fleisch war mürbe,was bei einem Hirschfleisch keine Selbstverständlichkeit ist. Alles in allem eine Kulinarisches Highlight. Nur weiter so. I always have the problem of finding a suitable restaurant in Innsbruck. Today I discovered the Virger Stube. A rustic pub a bit outside the center. This is not a gourmet temple, but the criticism of the guests is consistently positive and positive. I was received with genuine Tyrolean friendliness. The menu isn't huge, but I quickly found it. My choice a lot on the so rarely offered sour tripe soup and a venison ragout with bread dumplings. Without exaggerating I had to realize that the restaurant and food choice was the right one. The tripe soup was good and spicy and the game tasted as I had hoped it was. The meat was tender, which is not a matter of course with deer meat. All in all a culinary highlight. Just keep it up.
