S	Simon Eberwein on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach der Wohnungsbesichtigung wurde uns von der Maklerin(A.A.)ein Preis genannt, den wir der Verkäuferin anbieten sollten und mit dem wir die Wohnung ganz sicher bekommen. Nachdem uns das Angebotsformular übermittelt wurde und wir beim ausfüllen waren, klärten wir bei der Maklerin telefonisch noch Unklarheiten. Keine halbe Stunde später kam von der Maklerin ein Anruf, dass wir 13000€ mehr bieten müssten, weil gerade ein höheres Angebot eingegangen ist. Dann würden wir die Wohnung sicher bekommen. Das haben wir dann auch gemacht, weil wir dringend eine Wohnung suchten. Ausserdem wurde uns von der Maklerin der Rechtsanwalt vorgeschrieben, der den Kaufvertrag auf unsere Kosten zu seinen Preisen (2,4 %vom Kaufreis) erstellen würde. Nach vier Tagen Funkstille bekamen wir dann einen Anruf der Maklerin. Die Wohnung sei bereits verkauft, sie konnte die Verkäuferin 4 Tage nicht telefonisch erreichen und unser Angebot wird die Verkäuferin wahrscheinlich übersehen haben. Nach einigem recherchieren im Internet habe ich herausgefunden, dass die Wohnung schon fast 3 Monate zum Verkauf stand und dann kommen plötzlich innerhalb von 30 Minuten 2 Angebote. Ich finde das alles sehr unprofessionell und eigenartig. After viewing the apartment, the realtor (A.A.) gave us a price that we should offer the seller and with which we will get the apartment for sure. After the offer form was sent to us and we were about to fill it out, we clarified any ambiguities with the broker over the phone. Less than half an hour later the broker called that we had to offer € 13,000 more because a higher offer had just been received. Then we would get the apartment for sure. We did that because we were urgently looking for an apartment. In addition, the broker prescribed a lawyer for us, who would draw up the purchase contract at our expense at its prices (2.4% of the purchase price). After four days of radio silence we got a call from the broker. The apartment has already been sold, she could not reach the seller by phone for 4 days and the seller probably overlooked our offer. After doing some research on the Internet, I found out that the apartment had been for sale for almost 3 months and then suddenly 2 offers came within 30 minutes. I find all of this very unprofessional and strange.

j	julimaster1 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich dachte nicht dass ich je eine Google Rezension über Makler schreiben würde, aber ja hier ist sie: grundsätzlich schluckt man als Mieter schon ein wenig wenn man die heutigen Maklerkosten für eine neue Mietwohnung sieht und diese zahlen muss. Hier war das aber letztenendes finde ich jeden Cent wert. Annika hat mich absolut top beraten, und steht trotz lange abgewickeltem Vertrag, jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung und hilft wo sie kann. Das nenne ich einen TOP SERVICE!!! I didn't think I would ever write a Google review about realtors, but yes, here it is: as a tenant you basically swallow a little when you see today's brokerage costs for a new rental apartment and have to pay them. Here it was but in the end I think it's worth every penny. Annika gave me absolutely top advice, and despite a long contract, is always available for questions and helps wherever she can. I call that a TOP SERVICE !!!

Auch mehrfache Besichtingungstermine und zahlreiche nachfragen waren kein Problem. Wir können es jedem nur weiter empfehlen. Vielen Dank für die super Vermittlung der wunderschönen Wohnung!
