Küche 3c ( Schnitzel aus der Fritteuse und sehr fetthaltig - leider. In so einem alten Betrieb würde ich Pfannenschnitzel erwarten mit Butterschmalz gemacht und Fleisch das nich von Fettadern durchzogen ist so das man es fast nicht kaufen kann)
Schade das die Küche die positive Seite ruiniert

Kitchen 3c (Schnitzel from the deep fryer and very fatty - unfortunately. In such an old business I would expect pan schnitzel made with clarified butter and meat that is not permeated with fatty veins so that you can hardly buy it)
It's a shame that the kitchen ruins the positive side
