★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schade am ersten Blick kam alles nett rüber.
Doch nach paar Wochen stellte sich heraus daß der Vermieter mit kranken Menschen wohl grosse Probleme hat , und sich anscheinend gezwungen fühlt psychisch kranke noch mehr schaden zu fügen zu müssen, diese dürfen dann ohne Heizung Wasser und teils Strom in der Wohnung sitzen, Nachts wird der Strom abgedreht sodass man den Gefrierschrank vollends wegschmeissen musste weil alles abgetaut bzw gar aufgetaut ist.
Man ist dann wochenlange ohne alles auch auf Nachrichten weil in der Wohnung Schimmel ist wird nicht reagiert und der Installateur kommt Wochen lange um die Probleme zu beheben die nicht Mal da sind weil das kein Gebrechen ist sondern der Vermieter sich das Recht raus nimmt ( in Österreich eig. Nicht rechtens und mit Mietminderung bis Einstellung eig. Zu handhaben )
Die Kaution ob die Ma Sparbuch liegt weiss ich leider nicht denn auch da wurden frecherweise einfach Kröten weg genommen .??geht das einfach so bei nem Kautionsparkbuch???

But after a few weeks it turned out that the landlord probably has big problems with sick people, and apparently feels compelled to do even more harm to the mentally ill, they are then allowed to sit in the apartment without heating, water and partly electricity, at night the The electricity was turned off so that the freezer had to be thrown away completely because everything was defrosted or even thawed.
You are then for weeks without anything even on messages because there is mold in the apartment, there is no reaction and the installer comes for weeks to fix the problems that are not even there because it is not a defect but the landlord takes the right out (in Austria prop. not legal and with rent reduction until hiring prop. to handle)
Unfortunately, I don't know the deposit whether the Ma savings account is there because toads were simply taken away there too.??Is it just like that with a deposit parking book???
