M	Martina Mohr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es ist ratsam eine Ankunftszeit mit der Vermieterin auszumachen, da sie nicht immer vor Ort ist. Die Villa ist sauber, gut erhalten und liegt direkt am See mit einer kleinen Liegewiese und einem Badesteg mit Treppe. Das Zimmer ist hell und freundlich. Das Bad modern und schön. Das Frühstück ist etwas langweilig, aber wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Die Ausflugs- und Essenstips waren auch sehr gut. It is advisable to make an arrival with the landlady, as she is not always on site. The villa is clean, well maintained and is located directly on the lake with a small lawn and a jetty with stairs. The room is bright and friendly. The bathroom modern and nice. The breakfast is a bit boring, but we felt very comfortable and happy to come back. The excursion and food tips were also very good.
E	Erika Tauchner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liegt direkt am See man könnte vom Zimmer in den See springen, Frühstück direkt am Wasser, Liegewiese vorhanden, Personal sehr freundlich, wir verbrachten unseren Hochzeitstag in der Villa Koch, im Zimmer stand Sekt mit einer Rose, zum Frühstück stand eine leckere Sachertorte mit 3 Rosen am Tisch, Familie sehr aufmerksam. Zimmer und Bad sehr geräumig Matratzen super. Kann man weiterempfehlen Located right on the lake you could jump from the room into the lake, breakfast right on the water, lawn available, staff very friendly, we spent our wedding day in the Villa Koch, in the room there was sparkling wine with a rose, for breakfast there was a delicious Sachertorte with 3 Roses at the table, family very attentive. Room and bathroom very spacious, mattresses great. I can recommend it
R	Robert Kellner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schöne Villa mit großen Zimmern, die alle zum Ossiacher See ausgerichtet sind. Über dem See sieht man die Julischen Alpen in Slowenien. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich. Der Frühstücksraum direkt am See ist schon was besonderes! Liegewiese und direkter Seezugang ist optimal. Uns hat der einwöchige Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Very nice villa with large rooms, all facing the Ossiacher See. Above the lake you can see the Julian Alps in Slovenia. The staff is extremely friendly. The breakfast room right on the lake is something special! Lawn and direct access to the lake is ideal. We really enjoyed the one-week stay.
T	Tommy C. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren das erste Mal in Annenheim, da Freunde über Kärnten und den Ossiacher See so schwärmten. Auf Ihren Lieblingscampingplatz wollten die Freunde in ihrem Wohnmobil Quartier beziehen und wir verabredeten uns. Im Googlemaps fanden wir in der unmittelbaren Nähe die Villa Koch, mit der die Besitzerin eine einzige FeWo betrieb. Die Zimmer in Booking.com fanden wir recht manierlich und wir fragten nach Bilder für die Wohnung. Diese würden aber z.Zt. nicht verfügbar und sollten im Frühjahr auf der Website stehen. Dann kam Corona und wir vergaßen die Bilder. Bei Ankunft kam der Schock: Die Wohnung ist weit unter dem heutigen Standard. Wir sind überhaupt nicht verwöhnt, aber sowas haben wir noch nicht erlebt! Selbst in den Siebzigern waren die einfach Ferienwohngen besser. Die Wohnung war wohl sauber gemacht, aber das mickrige WC mit Dusche hatte Ansatz von Schwarzschimmel unterm Waschbecken, da kein Fenster und keine mechanische Lüftung vorhanden waren. Die Wohnung selbst war total lieblos und das Mobiliar ist reif für den Sperrmüll (siehe Fotos). Pluspunkte waren die schöne Liegewiese und die Lage direkt am See, die wir bei schönem Wetter ergiebig ausnutzten. Der Blick auf die Terrasse ist schon einmalig. Leider war auch die Betreiberin nicht so gastfreundlich wie gedacht. We were in Annenheim for the first time, as friends raved about Carinthia and Lake Ossiach. The friends wanted to move into their mobile home on their favorite campsite and we made an appointment. In Google Maps we found Villa Koch in the immediate vicinity, with which the owner operated a single apartment. We found the rooms in Booking.com to be quite well mannered and we asked for pictures of the apartment. But these would currently not available and should be on the website in spring. Then Corona came and we forgot the pictures. The shock came upon arrival: The apartment is far below today's standard. We're not spoiled at all, but we've never seen anything like it! Even in the seventies, the simple vacation rentals were better. The apartment was probably cleaned, but the measly toilet with shower had the appearance of black mold under the sink, as there were no windows and no mechanical ventilation. The apartment itself was totally loveless and the furniture is ripe for the bulky waste (see photos). Plus points were the beautiful lawn and the location directly on the lake, which we made good use of when the weather was nice. The view of the terrace is unique. Unfortunately, the operator was not as hospitable as expected.
S	Sabine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir sind spontan in einem Doppelzimmer in der Villa Koch untergekommen und waren so begeistert, dass wir unseren Aufenthalt verlängert haben. Schöne, modern eingerichtete Zimmer, ein Frühstücksraum mit traumhaft friedlichem Seeblick und gutem Frühstück, toller Garten mit Liegebetten und der direkte Seezugang zum Schwimmen haben uns überzeugt. Im Haus waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder! We spontaneously stayed in a double room at Villa Koch and were so impressed that we extended our stay. Beautiful, modern rooms, a breakfast room with a wonderfully peaceful view of the lake and a good breakfast, a great garden with sun beds and direct access to the lake for swimming convinced us. Everyone in the house was very friendly and helpful. We would love to come back!
B	Barbara Berényi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room wasn't clean. They asked extra money for a eggs at breakfast . They come into the room at 7:30 am woke up: we must leave the room at 10:00 am. They made many unfriendly things. The wifi is not working... The place is nice but the owner or boss is only want money, she is rude. So If you want nice place choose other! I was many places in my life but it was shock for me. It was disappointment. :(
J	Jack de Kleine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alexandra Koch is a very helpful woman. In every aspect. The room is very clean and comfortable. Also breakfast is good. The trainstation is 5 minutes walking. ATM too. Nearby is a camping place with a good restaurant. Price of the menu is not expensive.

Out of our window, we could watch over the lake, just like we could during breakfast. The owner is a very friendly woman. There's place to park a car in front of the hotel (which has more of a B&B feel to it).
