★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unpleasant hosts.Old furniture like from 80's.When you have junk and make some apartements for rent.(Other two was new)Little rooms.There is no Tv in rooms in 2019 year.Cutlery was plastic from china shop.If there is mark for 3 person,than it is only for 1,5.Electricity is being charged extra.20 € for light in rooms.Disaster.And for the end,old lady tried to make some extra money.She told us to pay damaged leg of bed(something like bed,some cheap sponge)but like amateur prank..in 30 years of travelling i never had situation like this.DISASTER

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OMG, what a lovely place and very centrally located. Barbabra and Werner were such gracious hosts .and help me so much with suggestions of places to visit and eat. Both Werner and Barbara had done extensive traveling all over the world and knew more about the travel in USA than I did. LOL. The rooms were clean and comfy and the living room downstairs was a great place to mingle with other guests but I still had a kitchenette area upstairs that I could relax in and share with my next door neighbor . I loved that I could walk to the beach area and that I could sit on my patio for breakfast and take in such a lovely view. My European experience was enhanced by my stay and at Ferienhaus Annenheim. I would recommend to any one traveling in the area to choose this place to stay. Thank you Barbara and Werner!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really love comming to Barbara and Werner. They are lovely people, and the whole place is amazing. I like the atmosphere of their house. Everything is clean and spacious. Good value for money. The distance to the shopping opportunities is around 20 min walk. The distance to the lift is less then 10 min walk. A nice restaurant is only 10 min away. Only downside is that they closed down the bakery near by and now the only close source of fresh buns is the fuel station, where the prices are a bit higher. In general I can only recommend the place, It is a rather "family style" place, with common tv-room, and shared balcony, so you should be at least a bit a social person to feel well there. I have been staying with them for the last few years and never get dissapointed.
