Built in 1929-1931 by Josef Frank and Oskar Wlach, long vacant, was bought in March 2021 by a lover who, after a thorough renovation, wants to convert the villa into a museum in the hope that it will be a crowd puller like the one at the same time Villa Tugendhat was built in Brno.
