Das Essen ist top, das Konzept und der Gedanke wie Gastronomie gelebt und vermittelt wird auch. Gerne wieder, so macht Essen und Kochen Spaß. War für mich als Anfänger ist das seehr wichtig. Ich bin bereits für meinen 3. Kurs angemeldet. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Viktoria's cooking class was really exciting! You take home really practical tips & techniques that you can also apply! It was very important for me as a beginner. I am already registered for my 3rd course. Absolutely to suggest.

Die Gruppengröße war mit 4 TeilnehmerInnen sehr angenehm (laut Viktoria sind es maximal 6). Da ich kein Kochanfänger bin, waren zwar einige Sachen dabei, die ich bereits wusste bzw. zu Hause auch so mache, generell aber konnte ich viele kleine Tipps und Tricks mitnehmen, die man so als "Hobbykoch" nur von Profis lernen kann. Daher ist es auf alle Fälle auch für geübtere KöchInnen empfehlenswert einen Kochkurs in Viktorias Kochschule zu besuchen. Mit ihrer offenen und fröhlichen Art zieht einen Viktoria schnell in den Bann ihrer offensichtlichen Begeisterung für das Kochen und die frischen und vor allem saisonalen & regionalen Produkte. Alles in allem ist es empfehlenswert, mal einen Kochkurs in dieser Kochschule zu besuchen - womöglich war es auch bei mir nicht der letzte. ;) P.S.: Dass das gemeinsame Probieren und Essen des im Kurs Gekochten suuuuperlecker war, versteht sich natürlich. :) Attended a well-prepared and well-organized cooking course on the subject of "game". The group size was very pleasant with 4 participants (according to Viktoria it is a maximum of 6). Since I'm not a novice cook, there were some things that I already knew or do at home, but in general I was able to take a lot of little tips and tricks with me that as a "hobby cook" can only be learned from professionals. Therefore, it is definitely recommended for more experienced cooks to attend a cooking course in Viktoria's cooking school. With her open and happy manner, Viktoria quickly casts a spell over her obvious enthusiasm for cooking and fresh and, above all, seasonal and regional products. All in all, it is advisable to attend a cooking class at this cooking school - it might not be the last for me either. ;) P.S .: It goes without saying that trying and eating together what was cooked in the course was sooooo delicious. :)

Dies gelang mit einem exklusiven Team-Kochkurs in welchem wir lernten mit Produkten und Geschmack auf Hauben-Niveau zu arbeiten. Anschließend konnten wir die verarbeiteten BIO Produkte, von Viktoria professionell angerichtet, genießen. Vielen Dank an das ganze Viktorias Home Team! Prädikat: Sehr empfehlenswert PURE experience !!! Viktoria's cooking school also caters to special requests. In our case, we wanted to experience a special Christmas party. This was achieved with an exclusive team cooking course in which we learned to work with products and taste at the top level.
