Habe 1 Jahr in einem Objekt der Viktoria Bau gewohnt. Habe diverse Mängel per Mail gemeldet. Es wurden immer Versprechungen gemacht aber nichts repariert.
1 einziger Mangel wurde behoben, aber nur weil dieser kritisch war und der VB sonst die Miete durch die Lappen gegangen wäre.
Bei der Besichtigung durch neuen Mieter machte der Makler die gleichen Reparaturversprechungen wie vor nem Jahr bei mir und ich musste mich zusammenreißen, da ich nichts sagen durfte ohne Gefahr einer Klage durch o.G. Der neue Mieter tut mir ehrlich Leid.
Completely incompetent real estate office.
I lived in a property of Viktoria Bau for 1 year. I reported various defects via email. Promises were always made but nothing was repaired.
1 single defect was remedied, but only because it was critical and the VB would otherwise have lost the rent.
During the inspection by a new tenant, the broker made the same repair promises as I did a year ago and I had to pull myself together, as I was not allowed to say anything without the risk of a lawsuit from the above. I'm really sorry for the new tenant.
