A	An Di on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haben uns für eine Wohnung in dem Vorzeigeprojekt Limberg entschieden. Wir haben eine Reservierungsvereinbarung unterschrieben, in der auch detaillierte Leistungsbeschreibung beigefügt ist. Bei dem Kaufanbot waren zwei Punkte - Außensonnenschutz und stumpf einschlagende Türen - aus der Leistungsbeschreibung nicht mehr drin. Von der Ansprechpartnerin wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass aufgrund der Kosteneinsparung der Außensonnenschutz gestrichen worden ist. Was die Türen angeht, so wurden wir gar nicht darauf hingewiesen und haben den Unterschied erst bei genauerem Abgleich der beiden Dokumente festgestellt. Der Kaufpreis der Wohnung hat sich natürlich nicht geändert. Haben den Projektleiter aufgefordert die beiden Punkte im Kaufanbot zu ergänzen, da die Angaben in der Reservierungsvereinbarung rechtsbindend sind. Zuerst wurde uns erzählt, dass die Angaben in der unterschrieben Reservierungsvereinbarung nicht rechtsbindet seien, dann hat uns der Projektleiter UND Herr Hillebrand telefonisch vor die Tatsache gestellt, dass wenn wir auf die Einhaltung des Vertrages bestehen, uns keine Sonderwünsche, die bereits zugesagt worden waren, gewährt werden – das ist für uns Erpressung. The purchase price of the apartment has of course not changed. Have asked the project manager to add the two points in the purchase offer, as the information in the reservation agreement is legally binding. First we were told that the information in the signed reservation agreement was not legally binding, then the project manager AND Mr. Hillebrand asked us by telephone that if we insist on compliance with the contract, we would not have any special requests that had already been promised, to be granted - for us that is blackmail.

Seit Jahren wird Desinteresse gezeigt. Können nur negatives Berichten. Very impolite. You shouldn't be there when the defect is rectified. Cover-up?
