r	rvphxl _ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der erste Eindruck täuscht sehr. Unter den Betten stapelte sich der Staub und es befanden sich Müll, Kondompackungen so wie ein paar Badeschuhe darunter. In meinem Bett fand ich keine gewaschene Bettwäsche und fremde Haare vor. Desweiteren gab es Kissen mit Blutflecken in der Wohnung. Die Bettwäsche Kratze und meine Mitbewohnerin hatte am nächsten Tag dadurch einen Ausschlag. Wenn man sich Comfort wünscht ist man hier eindeutig an der falschen Andresse. Mit dem Vermieter gab es nur schlechte Kommunikation. Er hatte erstens unsere Buchung vergessen und ging Tagelang nicht an sein Telefon. Wien ist eine tolle Stadt und ich würde gerne wieder her kommen nur leider war das Apartment das schlechteste das ich je gesehen habe. Kann ich leider nicht weiterempfehlen. The first impression is very deceptive. The dust piled up under the beds and there was rubbish, condom packs and a pair of bathing shoes underneath. I did not find any washed sheets or strange hair in my bed. There were also pillows with blood stains in the apartment. The bed sheets scratched and my roommate had a rash the next day. If you want comfort you are clearly at the wrong address. There was only poor communication with the landlord. First, he forgot our booking and didn't answer his phone for days. Vienna is a great city and I would love to come back, but unfortunately the apartment was the worst I have ever seen. I can't recommend it to anyone.

X	Xhesika Banushi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for 4 days in an apartment, 4 adults. The place is near the subway, 10 mins walk. When we first saw the apartment, we were very impressed. But not for too long... The bed didn't have bed sheets. The powder room was so small, that you couldn't last for more than 3 minutes. In case you had other needs rather than peeing, you needed to go in the wet room. In the wet room found hair on the floor and in the shower head. There were small towels only for your face and no bathroom kits. In the kitchen there was no tea or coffee. I wouls rather pay the property than go out and walk for 10 mins, or worse, when everything is closed. There is only one bin below the sink and of course not enough for 4 days and 4 adults. No cleaning, or garbage collecting for 4 days although you pay a 50€ cleaning fee.
m	meisaki panoutsou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited the apartment before 2years. It was comfy, warm and spacious. Everything was perfect and the location too. It is nearby the metro station and market. The hostess very kind . We were 5 people and we enjoyed the time there.
