Окна выходят на улицу 5го этажа, глаза радуются) В номере чисто и есть все необходимое. Excellent hotel! Registration at any time, through the code, a box with a key is opened. The single room is really big for its price. Windows overlook the street of the 5th floor, eyes are happy) The room is clean and has everything you need.

Але сам номер розчарував, брудна підлога, вся в пилюці, оплямовані штори чи то вином чи то чимось іншим гидким, ліжко ніби застелено чистою постільною білизною, але вся ця білизна у чорному волоссі. Самі стіни подряпані, номер прямо благає про косметичний ремонт та ретельний клініннг. На прохання змінити номер через бруд та постільну білизну нам відповіли, що пришлють клінера, щоправда підлогу помили, білизна як була у волоссі, так і залишилася. Вибору не було, бо плату зняли задовго до поселення, і сам формат готелю без персоналу і отримання ключа від номеру в шафці виявився недоречним через такі недоліки. Наступного разу у Відні я б не зупинилась у цьому місці. The location was quite great, a few minutes before the public transport stop. But the room itself was disappointing, the dirty floor, all dusted, the curtains stained with wine or something ugly, the bed seemed to be covered with clean bed linen, but all the linen was in black hair. The walls themselves are scratched, the room directly begs for cosmetic repairs and thorough cleaning. When asked to change the room due to dirt and bed linen, we were told that a cleaner would be sent, although the floor was washed, the linen was in the hair and remained. There was no choice, because the fee was removed long before the settlement, and the format of the hotel without staff and getting the key to the room in the locker was inappropriate due to such shortcomings. Next time in Vienna, I would not stop there.

On one hand is cheaper than the hotels in the area, helping me keep 40€ for a 3 day stay, has some access to public transport like trams and bus and is about 20 minutes by foot from the train station. I liked the no interaction system, which I find often in Austria and it was really easy to enter the building and apartment. Also the room and bathroom was pretty big. On the other hand, the room 502 I stayed in is not on par with hotel or B&Bs like Airbnb standard, at least those I stayed in. The walls had cracks where the furniture hit them, black streaks from what I think are other customers baggage’s and streaks from running water near a window. You can see the owners are trying to repair the damages, as some parts of the apartments are plastered over. The bathroom was always smelly, no matter how much I tried to open the windows. Would I come back? Debatable. If it would spare me 50€ or more for a 3 day stay, maybe.
