M	Michael Walter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hier gibts nichts zu bemängeln. Hatten die Dachgeschosswohnung mit Dachterrasse. Absolut klasse. There is nothing to complain about here. Had the top floor apartment with a roof terrace. Absolutely amazing.

Un'altro problema è che era una casa da 5 ma la quinta persona ha dovuto dormire in un divano letto al quanto basso e scomodo We stayed for 3 nights at the margarethen apartment. Great explanation with the access codes via email. But the biggest flaw is the cleanliness .. Another problem is that it was a 5-person house but the fifth person had to sleep in a sofa bed which was very low and uncomfortable.
C	C Dijkstra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waar te beginnen. De locatie/afstand naar metro is prima. De wijk heeft allemaal prima faciliteiten. Het appartement heeft een schone entree, lift en binnen is alles ook netjes schoon. Keurige handdoeken en beddengoed. Daarmee is ook alles goeds ook gezegd. De bank zat lekker. Televisie hadden we niet, 6 kanalen en een afstandsbediening voor iets waar geen usb voor was. De meubels waren simpel, hard en wiebelig. De inventaris was niet compleet en de douche te klein om je om te keren. Zo nog wat dingen die stuk waren of niet duidelijk. Ik miste een welkomsboekje of briefje met info over het appartement, waar we heen moeten met afval etc etc. Voor een paar dagen prima maar na 5 nachten wil ik wel graag naar huis. Weinig sfeer in het appartement. Het is maar paar honderd euro? Zeker. Volgende keer zoeken we iets anders voor dat geld. Misschien minder groot of centraal maar wel gezelliger en completer. Appartement 8b kan wel wat liefde gebruiken. Where to start. The location/distance to metro is fine. The district has all excellent facilities. The apartment has a clean entrance, elevator and everything is neatly clean inside. Neat towels and bed linen. With that, all good is also said. The couch was comfortable. We didn't have a television, 6 channels and a remote control for something that didn't have a USB for. The furniture was simple, hard and wobbly. The inventory was not complete and the shower too small to turn around. So some things that were broken or not clear. I missed a welcome booklet or note with information about the apartment, where we should go with waste, etc etc. Fine for a few days but after 5 nights I would like to go home. Little atmosphere in the apartment. It's only a few hundred euros? Of course. Next time we'll look for something else for that money. Perhaps less large or central, but more cozy and complete. Apartment 8b could use some love.

The area where it is located is not very nice and the place has dirty walls, it is pretty clear that people party there. The bathroom and the bed was clean though. The balcony was a nice touch. The value for money is alright.
