M	Michaela Opric on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben einen süßen kleinen Hund, der gerade mal fast 5 Monate jung ist. Er hatte eine ziemliche schlimme Bindehautentzündung, etc etc. Irgendwie konnte uns keiner richtig helfen und es wurden uns immer irgendwelche Cremen verschrieben usw... . Lange Rede kurzer Sinn : Frau Utzmann hat uns sofort geholfen, so viel Zeit hat sie sich für uns genommen und uns alles klipp und klar erklärt, keine halben Geschichten und wenn man zwei, drei mal nach fragt dann hat sie nicht genervt geantwortet sondern Geduld gehabt und ich muss noch dazu sagen, wir sind aus SCHWECHAT und fahren 1 STUNDE 40 MIN zu ihr aber dafür wissen wir, dass unser Bruno in guten Händen ist. Für das ganze Team müssen wir ein Lob aussprechen. Alle sind wirklich toll! We have a cute little dog that is almost 5 months young. He had quite a bad conjunctivitis, etc etc. Somehow no one could really help us and we were always prescribed some creams etc .... To cut a long story short: Ms. Utzmann helped us immediately, she took so much time for us and explained everything to us in a nutshell, no half-stories and if you asked two or three times, she didn't answer annoyed but was patient and I have to say, we are from SCHWECHAT and drive 1 HOUR 40 MINUTES to her, but we know that our Bruno is in good hands. We have to praise the whole team. All are really great!

Tierärzte (hatte bis jetzt 2 verschiedene in dieser Praxis) sind beide sehr nett mit den Tieren (Katzen) sehr lieb und fürsorglich umgegangen. Diagnose und Behandlung haben ebenso super gepasst. Ich kann diese Praxis nur weiterempfehlen! Super all-round care - from reception to treatment. Veterinarians (had 2 different ones in this practice up to now) were both very nice and caring with the animals (cats). Diagnosis and treatment were also great. I can only recommend this practice!

e	eva Maria on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir benötigten akut einen tierarzt,wegen V.a.augenentzündung bei einer katze. Trotz Notfällen wirkte jeder dort sehr ausgeglichen, entspannt, kompetent. Bei der Untersuchung war die Ärztin sehr empathisch, erklärt genau was sie warum macht, was ev. Folgen sein können. Der junge Herr ist sauer auf die Frau Doktor, weil er die nächsten Tage Hausarrest hat, die Dosenöffner sind begeistert von der gesamten Ordination. We urgently needed a veterinarian because of inflammation of the eyes in a cat. Despite emergencies, everyone there seemed very balanced, relaxed and competent. During the examination, the doctor was very empathetic, explaining exactly what she is doing and why, what may be the consequences. The young gentleman is mad at the doctor because he will be under house arrest for the next few days, the can openers are enthusiastic about the entire ordination.

Meine zwei Dackelkinder und ich waren und sind hier immer bestens aufgehoben und sind unserer Tierärztin Sandra Utzmann und dem gesamten Team sehr dankbar für die tolle Arbeit und die Freundlichkeit! Alles perfekt. Ein riesen Dankeschön ? The best vet !!! You rarely find so much commitment as here! My two dachshund children and I were and are always in good hands here and are very grateful to our vet Sandra Utzmann and the entire team for the great work and the friendliness! Everything perfect.
