Ohne sämtliche Vorkommnisse aufzuzählen, widerstrebt mir eine solche GAUNEREI zutiefst !!! How one is allowed to work and "manage" as a company in Austria is absolutely incomprehensible to me! Without listing all the incidents, I am deeply reluctant to have such a GRAB!

Anscheinend wissen sie nicht was sie machen.. Nur Rechnungen schreiben klappt anscheinend. Very unprofessional. Can't answer how your charged costs are composed and generally don't answer any questions. Apparently they don't know what they are doing. Only writing invoices seems to work.

Can't understand the statements, just had a lady on the phone with a question who answered my questions. Normal as with any company.

Bin nicht der einzige, Service ist echt voll laienhaft, kein Anruf, nicht's... glauben, ihre Vorgangsweise ist ok, bei weitem nicht. Vielleicht wird es ja doch noch besser, es heißt ja... die HOFFNUNG, stirbt zuletzt...in diesem Sinne,... eine gute Idee wäre, daß kein Mensch, diese Fa. akzeptieren würde, dann müsste sich keiner ärgern mit diesen LAIEN...??? I'm very disappointed, I'm not long here, and annoy me about this unprofessional kind, from Vermax ... I'm not the only one, service is real fully amateur, no phone call, not it ... think your approach is ok by far not. Maybe it will be yes, even better, it's called ... the HOPE, dies last ... in this one Sense, ... a good idea would be that no Man, this company would accept then nobody would have to be angry with these laymen ... ???

Nach 2 Jahren kommt man erst drauf.... VERMESSEN Got an additional payment of almost 1000 euros from the last 2 years. It is said that she mismatched the counters. It takes 2 years to figure it out .... MEASURING

Keine Rückmeldungen, nur schwammige Aussagen, ich versteh es nicht das so eine Firma in Österreich existieren darf. Kundenzufriedenheit ist für mich das aller letzte bei diesen Unternehmen. Wie kann man mit Kunden so umgehen, ich habe bisher Telefonisch und auch per Email ersucht um einen Termin, seit Monaten und man bekommt nichts. Leider muss man einen Stern vergeben! I've never had such an unreliable company as this, no response, months of waiting for an appointment. No feedback, only vague statements, I don't understand why such a company is allowed to exist in Austria. For me, customer satisfaction is the last thing in these companies. How can you deal with customers like that, so far I have asked for an appointment by phone and email, for months and you get nothing. Unfortunately you have to assign a star!
