Von der Telefondame, die nur unfreundlich ist und nicht weiterverbinden will, bis zum Cheftechniker, der es seit Wochen nicht schafft mir jemanden vorbeizuschicken und ständig in Besprechungen ist, nur um nicht mit mir zu telefonieren. Einfach katastrophal dieser Kundenservice. Leider hat unser Bauträger einen längerfristigen Vertrag mit dieser Firma abgeschlossen und so sind den Eigentümern leider die Hände gebunden. Noch.
