Great service, good selection of skis, but long waits if you come right after the opening.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hat alles reibungslos funktioniert. Das Mädel welches die rodeln vergibt war sehr freundlich. Ihr Kollege der die rodeln hin und her räumt weniger.
Everything went smoothly. The girl who awards the toboggan was very friendly. Your colleague who toboggan back and forth clears less.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich möchte mich ganz herzlich beim Team im Ski Verleih bedanken für das tolle Service. Die Unterstützung, netten Worte und vor allem die Menschlichkeit den Kunden gegenüber sieht man nicht alle Tage. Bleibt so sympathisch, lustig und lebensfroh :) Ihr seid ein tolles Team.
Da ihr bestimmt alle möglichen Menschen und deren Launen schon kennengelernt habt, habt Ihr es bestimmt nicht einfach und dennoch schafft ihr es jeden Kunden individuell super zu Betreuen, deswegen Hut ab - euer Service ist 1A mit * , ich hoffe das sich viele andere ein Beispiel an euerm Service nehmen.

I would like to say a big thank you to the ski rental team for the great service. You don't see the support, kind words and above all the humanity towards the customers every day. Stay likeable, funny and full of life :) You are a great team.
Since you've probably already met all sorts of people and their moods, it's definitely not easy for you and yet you still manage to look after every customer individually, so hats off - your service is 1A with *, I hope that many others will follow an example take part in your service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frendliest staff ever!!! Not only they where super patient when we kept changing gear, but they even babysat out puppy dog when they had a slow day so we could enjoy our time on the slopes! And they where playing nice tunes in the store. Awesome people
