★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het hotel is echt prima, netjes, schoon en modern. Ziet er keurig uit.
Echter, het personeel van de bar is vrij slecht… het stellen van vragen over leuke dingen in de buurt gaan ze niet op in, ze lopen gewoon tijdens het gesprek lachend weg…
En half lege glazen, en toetje wat nog niet op was , was al weg voor je deze goed en wel gegeten had.
Erg gehaast, en niet vriendelijk..
Ook kregen wij een fles ketchup … deze stond echter onder druk en spoot alle kanten op, heel mijn overhemd onder.. hebben ze uiteindelijk ook niks mee gedaan.
Hier kunnen ze echt nog wel even leren wat gastvrijheid is….
 The hotel is really fine, neat, clean and modern. Looks neat.
However, the bar staff is pretty bad… they don't answer questions about nice things in the area, they just walk away laughing during the conversation…
And half-empty glasses, and dessert that wasn't finished yet, was gone before you had eaten it well.
Very rushed, and not friendly..
We also got a bottle of ketchup ... this one was under pressure and sprayed in all directions, my shirt underneath .. they eventually did nothing with it.
Here they can really learn what hospitality is….

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful setting in a quaint Austrian town near to the gondola for the ski slopes. Great food, great views, great time.

Restaurant is overpriced and defenitely not worth it. (Breakfest is good (but overpriced 19€/pp), diner is bad)
Furthermore, staff is Nice and means well however, they are incompetent at running a restaurant.
Finally we requested a room with a bathtub which was confirmed to us but the room we got did not have a Bathtub which was disappointing.
We enjoyed our Stay but wont come back again.
