The downside of this hotel is the ‘long’ walk (750/850 meter) to The alpkopfbahn/komperdelbahn or The sunliner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just back from a fantastic stay at Vaya Resort and had a luxurious appartment which should be rated as 5-Star - great & friendly staff !!!
Very nice restaurant & bar ?. Already looking forward to book our ski vacation at Vaya St Zeno and for next summer again - that's says everything about this amazing place !,! Best regards to Rosie who is in charge and masters a high service level in all ways.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great holiday in Serfaus. Vaya st. Zeno lodge met all our expectations and more. The appartment we had was luxious and spacious, and had a view over Serfaus and the mountains. After a day on the slopes, you could relax in the spa or the (heated) swimmingpool. Also credits to the staff; they make you feel welcome and at home from the first moment.
We definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a carefree holiday!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing and luxurious place very near Serfaus city. Not too far from the main lift area, although would recommend getting a ski locker for convenience. The rooms were incredibly spacious and the furniture clearly felt high quality. Not much to complain about.

The place is on the other side of the village but it's easy to get there. The town itself has some special driving rules because there are a lot of children here, but that should be no problem. Upon arrival we got the key to our room. We had a suite room on the top floor. The room was very clean and looked beautiful. We had a very nice view from our room as well. The beds were comfy and there was a television in every room.
The hotel itself looks modern and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a 'small' swimming pool and it has a spa as well.
The food in the restaurant is good. They also have live music some nights which is very nice.
The location of this hotel is good. It is a 5 minute walk to get to the center of the town. You can also ride up the mountain with your mountain bike from the hotel because there is a road that goes up right behind the hotel.
I would recommend this place to almost everyone. It's a nice place to stay and it has everything you need. With its great location, the nice rooms, nice service and a good restaurant I would rate this place a solid 9/10.
I would definitely stay here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to stay. Perfect spa area with 2 saunas, a steam room, a salt room and pool area. Great for lounging after skiing. The apartments are fairly big with a nice kitchen area. Views from the balcony are also nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently visited VAYA for our week long skiing trip and we are already planning our trip there for next year! This has instantly become our favorite accomodation for a snow vacation. The facilities and appliances are in perfect condition, the beds and the rest of the furniture are comfortable, and the staff were always friendly! The view from our room, overlooking the village of Serfaus was absolutely stunning and the shops were easily reachable. It has been our most pleasant skiing trip to date and we can't wait to return there next year! Thanks to Rosie and the rest of the staff for being so welcoming and kind!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed two nights at the VAYA Hotel in Serfaus and had an amazing experience. The service was warm and friendly, the room well thought out, spacious with a spectacular view. The food at the restaurant was such a treat! The service staff even went above and beyond and brought a small breakfast up to the room because we were checking out early. Would happily stay here again ❤️
