Ist bereits unser zweiter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und der allabendliche Besuch in der Bar ist Pflicht. 100 Gins mit dazu passenden Tonics warten hier. Wir sind begeistert. Sehr freundliches Personal. Auch unsere Kinder lieben hier die antialkoholischen Getränke wie Mango-Maracuja Smoothie oder einfach eine Sprite. A beautiful little bar with excellent advice from the bartender. This is our second stay at this hotel and a visit to the bar every evening is a must. 100 gins with matching tonics are waiting here. We are excited. Very friendly staff. Our children also love the non-alcoholic drinks here, such as the mango-passion fruit smoothie or just a Sprite.

En begon de ober met een hele grote mond, dat wij niet aan zijn spullen moesten zitten. En begon met teksten van dat dat typisch mensen uit twente kunnen zijn. Een hele beledigende opmerking als je het aan mij vraagt. De man was totaal niet klantvriendelijk, en behandelen ons al grof vuil! Als het voor jullie normaal is om zo met je klanten om te gaan, zou ik jullie graag willen zeggen, ga hier niet heen! heb nog nooit zo’n asociale ober meegemaakt !! A very nasty man! We wanted to put our grandmother in the shade because she likes that better and is quite old. And the waiter started with a very big mouth that we should not touch his things. And started with texts that typical people from twente can be. Quite an insulting comment if you ask me. The man was not customer friendly at all, and are already treating us grossly! If it's normal for you to treat your customers like this, I'd like to tell you, don't go here! never experienced such antisocial waiter !!

Beim Nachbartisch kam das Falsche. Einige Gäste mussten noch länger warten als wir. Zertifikat hat niemand interessiert. Ich hoffe der junge Mann ist neu im Amt und wird sich verbessern. Service was unfortunately disastrous. We waited 15 minutes for simple drinks (glass of wine and large beer) our order was supposedly forgotten. The wrong thing came at the next table. Some guests had to wait longer than we did. Nobody was interested in the certificate. I hope the young man is new to the job and will improve.

De ober was erg onbeleefd: Wij verplaatsen iets de parasol om onze oma in de schaduw te laten zitten, maar dit vond meneer de ober toch niet kunnen, want wij mochten niet aan hun spullen zitten. Vervolgens zegt hij net iets te hard (dat wij het nog net kunnen horen) dat dit alleen mensen uit Twente kunnen bedenken. Daarna zegt hij gelijk dat er geen eten is, omdat ze een cocktailbar zijn, terwijl wij de kaart nog niet eens hadden gezien. Meneer voelde zich erg boven de rest staan. Zeer onbeleefd. Enkel ontslag zou volstaan. Terrible service. Then he immediately says that there is no food, because they are a cocktail bar, while we hadn't even seen the menu yet. Sir felt very much above the rest. Very rude. Mere resignation would suffice.
