One should bring kitchen towels, garbagebags, Tabs for the dishwasher and accessoires like baking paper, foils. Do not forget salt and Pepper. View from the resort.

D	Danny Shiers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Resort / Hotel - is totally misleading - if you want service don't book If you are thinking of booking this place then read this first.. We stayed here as a family of 4 in the New Year Holiday period, to say we were excited was an understatement, we have two boys of 10 years and 15 years, so the bedrooms and apartments appealed to us and of course the images of people having fun and food and drinks. Reception is closed from 12pm to 4pm and again from 8pm to 8am, this is not public knowledge. The bar is closed at 8pm each night and only open for 4 hours per day in a ski resort !!!! the restaurant is never open, not even in the evenings. if you have an earlier check in you will be waiting in the cold or boot room till 4pm, if you have later flight you will be getting changed in a corridor and the staff will leave your personal belongings out on full view while you are out. Security is a joke, the management team are completely over worked and cannot give any service, and do not know how to deal with anything other than telling you.. we used to have 10 staff and now there is 5. Basically the quality of the place is 5 star.... the service get minus one, the we are in business and spent just over 8k on this trip and couldn't wait to leave, that's not a holiday to remember. Avoid if you want a holiday, book if you want to rent a room only.
A	Andy Everts on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a great stay this is! Luxurious apartments with everything you need to have a brillaint stay. Rooms are classy and with a great view all around. A stones throw from a great bakery and about a 10 min easy walk into town. Good access too with a car. If you are looking for luxury, you have found it. Some of the reviews mention that the reception times aren't good and that the staff isn't helpfull. Well, this isn't a hotel, these are apartments, where people tend to take care of themselves and are out during the day. So reception times are absolutely fine and the staff is very friendly!
B	Bob Oudshoorn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've been in other Vayas in Austria during skiing trips as well and we were always quite satisfied, but there were some small issues with this one. The main issue for me was that quite some functionalities inside the appartment were broken and/or almost broken. Small examples: dining table was broken, water boiler in the kitchen had a molten wire (fire hazard?), drinking glasses broken in the cupboards and coat hanger in the hallway was broken. Normally not that big of a deal (we tend to ski greater part of the day anyway), but the fire hazard around the water boiler and failing to fix things even though we mentioned it to the reception on day one is something I dont like. Especially considering the amount of money we pay for this place. Apart from that location is quite good (only 5-10 min walk from the Nassereinbahn) and nice people in the hotel staff. Considering the issues to be incidental I would certainly stay at a vaya again.
