I waited more than 30 minutes for my meal to be ready and it doesn’t worth the wait! I was there twice and both of times the pasta was disgusting. There was a lot of sauce inside and oily. The quality of the food is the worst! They even don’t have all the kinds of pasta in their menu such as alfredo and beef stroganoff pasta.

L	Lilly on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there on saturday evening. Naturally, it was quite full. However the staff is extremely nice. When we entered, there was a lady who explained the entire system of how to order to us. First you have to order at the order-point (you can choose if you want to order at a computer or at the cash desk) and you pay as soon as you ordered. Then you'll get a pager. The pager will vibrate once your food is ready. You have to bring your pager to the checkpoint, where you will also get your food. We had to wait for 30 mins to get our food. I ordered Carbonara with Pappardelle (a type of pasta) and my mom ordered Bolognese with Pappardelle, however instead of Pappardelle, I got a different type of pasta noodles. I was fine with that, but there wasn't enough carbonara sauce and too much onion for my liking (At other vapianos they were really good). The Bolognese was tasteless. Though I have to say, that I like the atmosphere. The price is ok Price: €€
T	Tomáš Koky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice and popular restaurant. There is a possibility to have glutenfree pizza. There is no choice of glutenfree pasta, exept for zuccini pasta for extra 1,5€. Otherwise, we were very satisfied and food was delicious.

I waited 20 minutes to pick up my pizza when I arrived (my order was ready and only two people were ahead of me in line but they were understaffed and couldn’t get the other orders prepared. After my order was ready, I left to run to a meeting at work and when I looked at my pizza at the office, it was the wrong order (they had given me a significantly cheaper pizza than what I paid for). I then went back an hour later after my meeting to get the correct pizza and I asked them if I could keep both pizzas so the food would not be wasted, but they ended up throwing the other pizza away, which I always hate to see. I asked if I could have a discount for all my troubles and they refused saying that since I now had the correct pizza i was not eligible for any discount even though they acknowledged it was their mistake and I had to return to the restaurant to fix the mistake. I was really disappointed with the lack of customer service here and will not be returning to this location of Vapiano.
K	Kiran Nair on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me myself also working in hospitality management and I haven’t never seen something like this kind of staffs, I thought Vapiano has there own very highly valuable standard, I been many Vapiano in my life but this one in Donau Zentrum was the worst one I seen, this is for the management train them well, give them a customer service training and teach them Your USP…. This people should know the service standards and don’t tell the customer ‘Sorry I am so tired today!!!!
