G	Gizem Kaya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nudeln waren schrecklich ? nicht ganz durch. Vapiano in der nähe von Hauptplatz hat viel besser geschmeckt. Extra Nudeln mit Hühnerfleisch bestellt alles andere ausser Hühnerfleich war drinnen :( Noodles were terrible ? not quite done. Vapiano near the main square tasted much better. Extra noodles with chicken ordered everything else except chicken was inside :(

Übrigens funktioniert das Bestellsystem per QR Code am Handy nicht. Die Mitarbeiter dort wissen das wenn man sie darauf anspricht, als Kunde erfährt man das aber erst wenn man versucht zu bestellen und merkt dass es einfach nicht funktioniert. Das war leider schon meine 3. schlechte Erfahrung mit Vapiano und wahrscheinlich auch die letzte. I have seldom eaten such overcooked noodles as I did here. The dough block in the photo should be "linguine". Incidentally, the ordering system via QR code on the mobile phone does not work. The employees there know that when you ask them about it, but as a customer you only find out when you try to order and realize that it just doesn't work. Unfortunately, that was my 3rd bad experience with Vapiano and probably the last.
M	Ma Tim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kann die teilweise geäußerte Kritik hier nicht bestätigen. Sind äußerst freundlich bedient worden. Bestellsystem eigentlich selbsterklärend, hat anstandslos funktioniert. Essen war ausgezeichnet, kommen sicher wieder. Can't confirm the criticism that has sometimes been expressed here. Have been served extremely friendly. The ordering system is actually self-explanatory and worked flawlessly. Food was excellent, will definitely be back.

Es wäre schon toll, mit dem Kellner zu sprechen und EINFACH die Bestellung aufgeben. Wir haben drei Pizzen bestellt und die dritte kam, als die anderen aufgegessen (kamen übrigens lauwarm) waren. Neue Technik muss nicht immer die bessere Lösung sein... More appearance than reality. From the outside it looks great Italian, unfortunately the flair is missing. It would be great to talk to the waiter and SIMPLY place the order. We ordered three pizzas and the third came when the others were eaten (came lukewarm, by the way). New technology doesn't always have to be the better solution ...

Dazu kommt noch wenn man mehr bestellt und das letzte Gericht ankommt das Erste schon seit 10min weggegessen ist! Ordering is unnecessarily complicated and you can't even pay with cash or card (everything has to be done via mobile phone). In addition, if you order more and the last dish arrives, the first one has already been eaten for 10 minutes!

Bestell Vorgang ist überall sehr gut beschrieben und auch die Kellner waren sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, haben bei Fragen auch gerne weiter geholfen. Verstehe die negativen Bewertungen nicht wirklich, es währe von Vorteil die Schilder zu lesen und sich einfach zu informieren. The food was very good! You can pay with both cash and card. The ordering process is very well described everywhere and the waiters were also very friendly and attentive and were happy to help with any questions. Don't really understand the negative reviews, it would be an advantage to read the signs and just inform yourself.

Super nice new place and cool new way of ordering. Goes quickly with your own mobile phone and is then served, no more waiting in line.
