S	Si St on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Three days ago had a very bad experience in this restaurant. The food and the location was very nice but the service was terrible. The waitress was very arrogant, we did not feel welcome there, any respect for the customers from abroad. This behaviour is not acceptable.

This is a very cozy place with a nice atmosphere and a great view of the lake. This was off season for them, and they obviously had a lot to do being very busy with hungry figure skating fans with short time frames available for eating between competitions. They really excelled in meeting the high demand. The waitress, Carla, was FABULOUS! I have never met such a nice, effective and professional waitress! She had to run from table to table all night long, but always went the extra mile and with a smile on her face. The manager was super nice and made us feel very welcome. He organised our meals greatly. This is a place I absolutely would recommend. The food was also great!
