R	Roeland L.C. Heijting on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were here only because of the Tesla charging station, but we used the bathroom and the bar. The central rooms and the restaurant looked very nice and cosy in a modern Tiroler style. The staff was friendly but it took time to arrange things. We had to wait long at the reception and then, after promising to send a waiter, we waited again long before we could order, leading to the problem that my car was fully charged and we had to finish our drinks quickly so we didn't have to pay iddle fees. The reason was probably because we were there around noon and it's the low season now, but it was a downside. Because of the atmosphere though we maybe try to stay here the next time we travel past St. Anton, so we can try the better side of the hotel.
R	Rob on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing hotel with very nice rooms. The hotel was quiet. The spa area was great and very big. It had a big variety of saunas and different pools. The relax room was amazing and had water beds to lie on. It is the perfect hotel for relax holidays.

We also enjoyed their spa - big swimming pool and four different saunas. Shuttle service to / from the main lift was great. It is located minutes from the main street. Breakfast was included in our stay - great coffee, selection of meats and cheese. Service was great as well. Nice bonus in the evenings - the staff brings a bottle of mineral water and some chocolate truffles.
J	Jeanette N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in of the suites which was very amazing! We were two adults and two teenagers and the suites was spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The style of the hotel is modern alpine chalet style, which I personally love. The service was very friendly. There spa area is very nice with a pool. If the hotel is full, the spa area might get a bit crowded, which wasn't the case when we were there mid December. The hotel provides a shuttle service to the slopes. A place to definitely revisit again!
m	matthias eelen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super nice and kind staff. The rooms are great and really good looking! The buffet in the morning is complete with everything you like or need. Same for the dinner. It's incredible and well presented. The only minor thing is the fitness. It's not that big, but the machines do work good and are well maintained. I strongly advise to stay at this hotel!
J	Jay Hernandez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean and cozy, maid staff changed towels and made the beds twice a day! The bathrooms were very bright, and the rainfall showers were soothing. The spa downstairs was very relaxing and had a great atmosphere. The included breakfast had lots of variety, loved the option to make your own fresh squeezed orange juice! Also enjoyed lunch and dinner here and the food was very good as well. Hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful (spoke fluent English). They provided a free shuttle to the train station, as well as to the lifts on the mountains and back. Overall a great experience! Thank you Hotel Valluga!

A	Anna Constantino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel was exceptional!! Look no more. The location is so central, we were able to walk everywhere. The staff is warm and efficient. They were so attentive and quick to help. All very thoughtful- sent a champagne bottle and strawberries since we were all celebrating a bride! They were able to accommodate us last minute for dinners and the food is equivalent to the best restaurants in the city. The spa was so clean and relaxing with so many sauna options & the water beds fantastic . I would definitely recommend this place for any family or group of friends!
