C	Charles Pardo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful comfortable place! Clean as a whip and the employees and servers are as good as it gets. We unfortunately were their last guests for the season because of this damn virus :(. Thank you so much for a spectacular week in the Austrian Alps!!!
T	T Kent on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a skiing fanatic this resort is incredible. In regard to this hotel it is comfortable and friendly and just a minute walk to the base of the Nasserein gondola. It has hottest sauna I've ever been in in my life. The meal plan is really very excellent. Its nice to be able to just walk from your room, eat and walk back without having to step outside or choose where to go. Very different from most US areas but we are here for a new experience.

A	Anthony Rooke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice hotel spotlessly clean, good size rooms, great location. Swimming pool suana are well maintained. Food in the restaurant is very good and varied. Excellent staff through out very friendly and helpful. Only slightly negative the hotel is very hot, turned rad off and slept with the window open. Would highly recommend it.

The hotel itself and the room were very clean, lovely buffet breakfast laid on every day and a different five course meal every night! We didn't find much reason to leave the hotel at all once we returned from a day skiing, and enjoyed an aperitif most nights in the hotel bar before dinner. The staff were all very friendly and attentive, nothing was too much trouble, even my rusty attempts at German seemed to be appreciated. With the pool, sauna and jacuzzi available to relax every evening, the picture is complete. As others have stated the decor is perhaps a bit dated, however everything is well maintained and clean, so I did not find this minor point to detract from the enjoyment of our stay at all and would be happy to return should the chance arise.
L	Lawrence Davies on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were great. Really friendly and attentive. Food (breakfast and dinner) was excellent. Room was very clean. Pool and sauna area were good also. The decor was a bit dated but overall, a fantastic stay and a good base for a sking trip.
M	Matt Gilbert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a fantastic time here for our honeymoon. Lovely staff, big, well-furnished room, close to main part of town and ski lifts. Food got a little samey as the week went on, but all very palatable and catered well for our dietary requirements. Definitely recommend
