Die Wartezeit kann man gemütlich in der Stadt verbringen. Gehmin ca 5min. Perfekte Lage und perfektes Team. I went to this workshop as part of a service. You will be welcomed as soon as you enter the company. The car is taken care of immediately. The waiting time can be spent comfortably in the city. 5 minutes walk. Perfect location and perfect team.

R	Robert Kaiser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update 8.3.2022: Ich habe mich von meiner E-Klasse getrennt, aber muss an dieser Stelle nochmals die Firma V3tech loben - wenn immer ich etwas gebraucht habe, wurde mir schnell und kompetent geholfen. Man war immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch im Bereich Zubehör lief alles top. Danke an V3tech, Hr. Wiesler und Team für alles, aus aktueller Sicht wird es aber leider kein Wiedersehen geben, da die Marke nun eine andere ist. Nachdem ich meinen Mercedes außerhalb der Mercedes-Organisation gekauft habe, hatte ich von anderer Seite gehört, dass Rückrufe am Auto wären, die ich machen sollte. Bin also zu V3tech gefahren um 7:00 Uhr in der Früh. Sehr freundlicher Empfang von einer jungen Dame, die sofort nachgeschaut hat und das bestätigen konnte. Sie hat mir gleich einen Termin gegeben. In der Zwischenzeit kam einer der Chefs auch, mit ihm schaute ich am Auto noch zusätzlich was an und er versprach, sich zu melden bzgl. Kosten. Das passierte binnen 2 Stunden - top! 6 Tage später war ich dann zum angemeldeten Termin für den Rückruf, bekam ein Leihfahrzeug für den Tag und es wurde alles zur Zufriedenheit erledigt. Rückfragen bzgl. Mercedes Me wurden dann direkt noch bei Abholung mit mir geklärt und auch noch ein Thema, wo ich am Folgetag einen Rückruf bekam. Ich kann V3tech nur weiterempfehlen, ein Top-Betrieb in Villach! Danke für alles bis dato - insbesondere an Herrn Wiessler. Update 3/8/2022: I parted with my E-Class, but at this point I have to praise the company V3tech again - whenever I needed something, I was helped quickly and competently. You were always friendly and courteous. Also in the area of accessories everything went great. Thanks to V3tech, Mr. Wiesler and team for everything, but from the current perspective there will unfortunately not be a reunion because the brand is different now. After I bought my Mercedes outside of the Mercedes organization I had heard from others that there were recalls on the car that I should do. So I drove to V3tech at 7:00 in the morning. Very friendly welcome from a young lady who immediately checked and was able to confirm. She gave me an appointment right away. In the meantime, one of the bosses also came, I looked at the car with him and he promised to get in touch regarding the costs. That happened within 2 hours - great! 6 days later I was at the scheduled appointment for the callback, got a rental vehicle for the day and everything was done to my satisfaction. Questions regarding Mercedes Me were then clarified with me directly upon collection and also an issue where I got a call back the following day. I can only recommend V3tech, a top company in Villach! Thank you for everything so far - especially to Mr. Wiessler.
S	Sabine Seebacher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte eine leichte Ungereimtheit bezüglich Versicherung- durch sehr kulante und kundenfreundliche Vorgehensweise wurde dies aber bestens gelöst! So entgegenkommend wurde ich noch in keiner Werkstatt behandelt! Beste Anlaufstelle für Mercedes in ganz Kärnten! Had a slight inconsistency regarding insurance - but this was solved very well by a very accommodating and customer-friendly approach! I have never been treated so courteously in any workshop! Best point of contact for Mercedes in all of Carinthia!

G	Goran Todic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great team. The v3tech managed to resolve the issue on the three year old car with only 70000 km the 'big' Mercedes guys in Austria, Holland and Germany did not. Because of the problems with the car again (after I have been told the issue was fixed by the official car dealer in Holland) the problems started again during my journey to vacation destination driving from Holland, I needed to stop and get it fixed in Villach. I selected v3tech because I did not trust the 'regular' dealers (sellers) anymore. And it definitely was the right decision. Finally resolved, they showed me the problem they found and I the solution as well. Thank you v3tech, I definitely recommend you to everyone, please continue this way.
