Ich hab zwar lange gebraucht, endlich mal zu Euch zu kommen, aber wir sehen uns garantiert wieder. Vielen lieben Dank für einen wahnsinnig schönen Abend, den ich mein Leben lang nicht mehr vergessen werde. So I would give you 10 stars, we had a lot of fun, ate very well, it was a great atmosphere, world-class service, what more could you ask for. It took me a long time to finally get to you, but we'll definitely see each other again. Thank you very much for an incredibly beautiful evening, which I will never forget for the rest of my life.
P	Patrick Skerbisch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte beim Ritterwirt meinen 30er gefeiert mitte Juni herum. Wir wurden Wirklich wunderbar verwöhnt mit hervorragendem Trank und Speis! Wir hatten eine Ritterplatte (bzw 2 davon) für insg 10 Leute. Als Vorspeise gabs dazu die wohl herrlichste Knoblauchcremesuppe die sich mit der von Oma messen konnte! Auf der Paltte selber war Steltze, Schweinerippchen und Brathühnchen. Alles perfekt gekocht, gegart und gebraten! Ich brauch nur sagen das bei den Rippchen die Knochen fast von selbst raus gekommen sind! Als Nachspeise kamen dann Apfelringe, nun bei Apfelringe gibts wenige die wirklich was zustande bringen die meisten verwenden Tiefkühlware.. Hier aber ist alles Hausgemacht auch so die Apfelringe! Zum reinknien! Wir kommen wirklich immer gerne und wenns nur für 2-3 Gläser Hausgemachten Met und Apfelringe is! Für Unterhaltung wird auch gesorgt mit Spiel, Spaß und Alkohol ?, wo wirklich jeder seinen Spaß hat! Und der Wirt ist auch immer mit Herz und Seele bei der Sache! Bleibt so wie Ihr seit und ich freu mich auf ein baldiges Wiedersehen! I celebrated my 30th at the Ritterwirt in the middle of June. We were really pampered with excellent food and drink! We had a knight's plate (or 2 of them) for a total of 10 people. As a starter there was probably the most wonderful garlic cream soup that could compete with grandma's! On the table itself was stilt, pork ribs and roast chicken. Everything cooked, cooked and fried to perfection! I just have to say that the bones almost came out of the ribs by themselves! Apple rings came as dessert, now with apple rings there are few who really do something, most of them use frozen food .. But here everything is homemade, including the apple rings! To kneel in! We really always like to come and if it's only for 2-3 glasses of homemade mead and apple rings! Entertainment is also provided with games, fun and alcohol ?, where everyone can have fun! And the landlord always puts his heart and soul into the matter! Stay like you have been and I look forward to seeing you again soon!
B	Bernhard Altziebler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einfach die besten ripperl die ich in Graz bis jetzt essen durfte. Die Idee die ripperl noch mit Käse und Japanenos zu überbacken einfach genial. Es war echt ein Traum. Das Hausbier ist auch sehr zu empfehlen. Die schnapsauswahl ist sehr groß und sie schmecken sehr gut, wie selbstgemacht. Der Kellner war auch einfach so lustig, ein richtiger Entertainer. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis hat auf jeden fall gepasst. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Simply the best ribs I've been able to eat in Graz so far. The idea of baking the ribs with cheese and Japanenos is simply awesome. It was really a dream. The house beer is also highly recommended. The selection of schnapps is very large and they taste very good, as if they were homemade. The waiter was just so funny too, a real entertainer. The price / performance ratio was definitely right. We would like to come again.

The food is Traditional Austrian and was so good that at my second visit to the restaurant I actually teared up with joy because is was so delicious. I was sad that I did not find this restaurant sooner. I was also very pleased with the service. Because we did not speak German and the owner had the best German, he helped us on the first visit, I was shocked when we visited the restaurant a month later and he remembered me and the wine I liked. I made sure that before I returned to the states, this was my last meal in Austria. So overall I went to the restaurant 3 times in a span of 4 months and wish I would have gone more. I hope I make it back to visit Graz again in my life and will definitely return here if I am able .
C	Chuck Brick on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As an American Engineer working at the DaimlerChrysler Minivan Assembly plant in the late 1990's, we enjoyed eating spare ribs and drinking beer with our Austrian co-workers on many nights. The food and friends here were wonderful. The proprietor was a very friendly and gracious person who enjoyed sitting and drinking with us. Many times, he would bring over a beer stein that was full of lead with a bit of beer on top and set it down in front of one of the American first time visitors. We would all laugh as this poor soul attempted to lift the stein. We never tired of this joke. I was able to bring my family here during a vacation and they enjoyed themselves very much. I am grateful for the warmth and friendliness everyone in the restaurant, and throughout the city, gave to my wife and grown children. Now that I am retired, I hope someday to visit your beautiful city and enjoy the excellently prepared spare ribs and much good beer at Ritterwirt Kapun again. Thank you.
