Einziger Minuspunkt die teilweise höhere Wartezeit bis Getränke bzw. die Bestellung aufgenommen wird, obwohl das Personal schon 2-3 mal vorbei gegangen ist. Aber das ist in Anbetracht der vielen Gäste nachvollziehbar und durch die Freundlichkeit des Personals nimmt man die Wartezeit getne in Kauf. Very nice ambience and equally good pastries under cakes. The only negative point was the sometimes longer waiting time until drinks or the order was taken, although the staff had already passed 2-3 times. But that is understandable in view of the large number of guests and the friendliness of the staff means that you have to put up with the waiting time.

Ein ausgesprochen nettes und freundliches Personal!! Findet man leider heut zu Tage immer seltener! Wir kommen zwar selten in die Pluscity, aber wegen diesem Café bestimmt öfter in Zukunft! My wife and I visited this café 2 times yesterday as part of our Christmas shopping in the Plus City and were served by 3 different ladies, and now I would like to praise! A very nice and friendly staff !! Unfortunately, you will find fewer and fewer today! We rarely come to the Plus City, but because of this café more often in the future!

Aber jetzt ist das Personal auch dementsprechend perfekt!! Nur Lob, wirklich! AT LAST! super lovely staff, finally finally !!! Drinks and food have always been perfect. But now the staff is perfect! Just praise, really!

T	Tatjana Petkovic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frühstück war in Ordnung. Bin bis jetzt sehr gerne zum Urban frühstücken gegangen. Aber heute ist es das letzte Mal gewesen. War unter anderem mit meinem 1jährigen Sohn dort. Dieser hat natürlich beim Essen gekrümmelt. Habe die großen Krümmel selber entfernt, aufgrund des Teppichs konnte ich nicht alles entfernen. Beim Zahlen gab es aber ein Trinkeld und beim gehen kam eine Dame zum wegräumen und schaute mein Kind und mich kopfschüttelnd an um meinte so ein Saustall. Es war sehr verletzend, da auch eine Mutter manchmal gerne Frühstücken geht und für das Kind keine Betreuung hat. Also finde ich die Bedienung nicht kinderfreundlich und werde das Urban sowohl mit als auch ohne Kind nicht mehr besuchen. Breakfast was ok. Until now I really enjoyed going to Urban for breakfast. But today was the last time. Was there with my 1 year old son, among others. Of course, it crumbled while eating. I removed the big crumbs myself, because of the carpet I couldn't remove everything. When paying there was a tip and when walking a lady came to put away and looked at my child and me, shaking his head, about what a mess. It was very hurtful because a mother sometimes likes to have breakfast and has no care for the child. So I don't think the service is child-friendly and will no longer visit Urban with or without a child.

The coffees and pastries are popular Service very friendly and the opportunity to take a break to have a drink and to enjoy in peace and quiet for further shopping.

Von der Bestellung meines Frühstücks bis zum Erhalt vergingen gerade einmal 7 Minuten.... toll!!! Das Essen sowie auch der Kaffee / Kakao sind sehr lecker und schön anzusehen. Die Auswahl an Torten, Kuchen usw. ist sehr groß ansprechend. Auch für die Raucher gibt es ein Plätzchen wo sie weiterhin ihre Zigarette zum Kaffee rauchen können. Da ist für jeden was dabei. A very attractive cafe !! The service was very friendly and brisk. It took just 7 minutes from ordering my breakfast to receiving it .... great !!! The food as well as the coffee / cocoa are very tasty and nice to look at. The selection of tarts, cakes, etc. is very attractive. There is also a place for smokers where they can continue to smoke their cigarette with coffee. There is something for everyone.
