Mein Paket ist über 100€ wert und es kann nicht möglich sein das man sowas einfach hinstellt und nicht läutet !!!!! Mein Mann war die ganze Zeit zuhause. Letztes Mal habt ihr meine Schuhe nicht gebracht und sie sind spurlos verschwunden und jetzt das mit der Jacke ! Eine Bodenlosefrechheit ! Habt eure Postler unter Kontrolle!!!!!!! Can you actually do your JOB right at all? My package is worth over 100 € and it cannot be possible that you just put something down and don't ring the bell !!!!! My husband was at home all the time. Last time you didn't bring my shoes and they disappeared without a trace and now the jacket! A bottomless cheek! Have your postal workers under control !!!!!!!
O	Oliver Fritsch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UPS Müsste eigentlich verklagt werden, Fahrer läutet nicht mal an . Sitze im home Office und war angeblich nicht zu Hause. Dann angeblich zugestellt nur nach genauerer Recherche, keine Unterschrift. Dann plötzlich irgendwo in der Nähe abgegeben. Dann aufeinmal ein anonymer Anruf, es wird kein Name genannt. Soll das Paket doch nochmal zugestellt werden heute. Es ist nicht möglich dazu zu sagen wann ca. das Paket kommt . Ich warte auf jeden Fall noch immer. FRECHHEIT!!!!!
L	Lichtbringer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Man kann nur hoffen das man nie ein Problem mit einem nicht erhalten Paket hat, weil man sich dann mit einem der sehr unfreundlichen Angestellten zu tun bekommt. Man wird hier regelrecht verarscht. Kein einziger der vereinbarten Rückruf Termine wurde eingehalten. Ohne Eigeninitiative hätte ich mein Paket niemals mehr bekommen. Ist zwar nicht immer möglich, aber wenn es geht dann vermeidet bitte diesen Zustelldienst. One can only hope that one never has a problem with a package that was not received, because then one of the very unfriendly employees would end up dealing with it. You're being kidnapped here. Not a single one of the agreed call-back appointments was met. Without my own initiative, I would never have got my package again. It's not always possible, but if possible, please avoid this delivery service.

M	Mario Hötzendorfer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am definitely not the only one. Home-Office and no one can be reached? Is this a joke? I wish I could vote with minus stars. Can't recommend UPS to anyone that wanna have a good delivery. It's definitely not a one-time problem and normally I also understand that were people work mistakes happen, but here it's a continous mess. Last time the delivery guy "threw" my parcel the last few meters to the front of my door. This time, the good old "The receiver was not available for delivery."-game even though I was at home all day long, waiting for this parcel. Not only that, Austrian Post also delivered a parcel without problem on the same day. Only UPS doesn't seem to know how to ring a doorbell, but then later claim "No one was at home". The solution: I can take another day off to wait for the great UPS delivery and no one can tell me if he will ring or not. Awesome waste of my time and money.
