Unsympatischer und respektloser Fahrer! Just stop in the middle of the street to deliver parcels! Unfortunately, you can't give negative points, but that's a cheek! Unsympathetic and disrespectful driver!

Telefonischer Kontakt wirklich extrem unfreundlich. Er hat mich 5 mal gefragt was ich eigentlich will. Zugesandter Reklamationslink funktioniert nicht. If I could I would give no stars at all. Parcel listed as delivered but nowhere to be found. Telephone contact really extremely rude. He asked me 5 times what I actually want. The complaint link that was sent does not work.
m	max halter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zusteller hat keine Benachrichtigung hinterlasse, laut UPS war Empfänger nicht anzutreffen, war aber zu Hause. Schlechtester Paketdienstleister aller Anbieter. 0 Sterne sind ja leider nicht möglich. The deliverer did not leave a notification, according to UPS the recipient was not there, but was at home. Worst parcel service provider of all providers. Unfortunately, 0 stars are not possible.
D	Daniel Raffl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider ist es mit diesem Lieferanten jedes Mal ein Ärgernis. Zweimal eine Notiz, vom Lieferanten, am Postkasten mit der Info nicht zustellbar. Beim zweiten Mal mit dem Vermerk. Sie müssen aktiv werden und sonst keine genauere Info. Ich war beide Male zuhause aber niemand hat bei mir geläutet. Dann habe ich versucht jemanden in der Zentrale zu erreichen aber leider nur ein Computermensch am Apparat. Als ich dann endlich jemanden am Telefon hatte, hätte ich mein Paket in der Zentrale abholen sollen. Die Zentrale ist aber 30 km von mir entfernt!! Da kann ich mein Produkt ja gleich direkt beim Händler abholen. Leider kann man sich als Kunde den Lieferanten nicht aussuchen aber dieser Lieferant wäre sicher der letzte den ich beauftragen würde egal zu welchem Preis. Unfortunately with this supplier it is a nuisance every time. Twice a note, from the supplier, on the mailbox with the info undeliverable. The second time with the note. You have to become active and otherwise no more detailed information. I was at home both times but nobody rang the bell for me. Then I tried to reach someone at the head office, but unfortunately only a computer person answered the phone. When I finally got someone on the phone, I should have picked up my package at the head office. But the head office is 30 km away from me!! I can pick up my product directly from the retailer. Unfortunately, as a customer, you can't choose the supplier, but this supplier would certainly be the last one I would hire, no matter what the price.
