★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn ich könnte, würde ich Sterne im Minusbereich vergeben. Eine derart unfreundliche Art, die dem Kunden ständig den schwarzen Peter zuschiebt, habe ich selten gesehen oder gehört. Als Kunde ist man ohnehin für jegliche Verfehlung des Paketdiensts - sei es Lieferung, Fahrer etc. - selbst der oder die Schuldtragende und wenn es nach diesen Standards ginge, müsste ich mir wohl diese Rezension auf mich selbst schreiben. Kundenservice geht anders und dass kurz vor Weihnachten Pakete ohne Meldung oder ähnliches 14 Tage liegen bleiben, um dann wieder zum Absender zurückgeschickt zu werden, ist einfach nur frech. Die Behauptung, man könne es ja mit der Post versenden, fand ich dann noch das kleine Kirschchen auf diesem Berg Vorhaltungen, die mir seitens der Mitarbeiterin entgegen geklatscht wurden. Danke für gar nichts, Weihnachtsgeschenke können ja schließlich auch noch im Juli ankommen.
If I could, I would give negative stars. I have seldom seen or heard such an unfriendly manner that keeps giving customers the buck. As a customer, you are the one to blame for any failure by the parcel service - be it delivery, driver, etc. - and if it were to these standards, I would have to write this review on myself. Customer service works differently and that shortly before Christmas parcels remain lying around for 14 days without notification or the like, only to be sent back to the sender, is just cheeky. The assertion that it could be sent by post, I found the little cherry on this mountain of reproaches that the employee clapped at me. Thanks for nothing, after all, Christmas gifts can still arrive in July.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe an 5 DHL Stellen in Innsbruck angerufen. Nummer gibt es nicht oder niemand geht dran. Jetzt soll ich mein Paket am Stadtrand abholen gehen obwohl ich am Tag wo der Bote kahm Zuhause war. Ich hab ihm dir Tür geöffnet und wusste nicht wer es war. Er wollte aber nicht zu Fuß oder mit Lift auf den 2 Stock kommen. Er hätte es aber wissen müssen, steht am Briefkasten.
I called 5 DHL offices in Innsbruck. There is no number or no one answers. Now I'm supposed to go pick up my package on the outskirts of town, even though I was home the day the messenger came. I opened the door for him and didn't know who it was. But he didn't want to walk or take the elevator to the second floor. But he should have known, it says on the mailbox.
