The young lady in the tobacconist gave me super advice on UPS issues, I had problems with etiquette, she helped me a great deal over your duty. Not everybody would have done that. Thanks again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schlechtes Service, Annahme der Pakete nur bis Mittag, danach mag der Computer oder die Mitarbeiter nicht mehr - sowas hab ich auch noch nicht erlebt!!
Bad service, parcels only accepted until noon, after that the computer or the employees don't like it anymore - I've never experienced anything like that either !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beim ersten Mal Paketabholen war der Besitzer unfreundlich, aber beim zweiten Mal hat er mein über 3000 Euro wervolles Paket zuerst gar nicht erst rausgerückt. Ich musste UPS verständigen, die daraufhin bei ihm angerufen hatten. Gleich danach rief wr mich an: das Paket war auf einmal da.
Sehr unfreundlich und gaunerhaft
The first time I picked up the parcel, the owner was unfriendly, but the second time he didn't even give my package, which was worth over 3000 euros. I had to notify UPS, who then called him. Immediately afterwards, we called me: the package came suddenly.
