★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an excellent week in Ellmau. The accomadation at the working family farm is very comfortable, and the breakfasts are good- traditional Austrian style with ham, cheese, muesli and yoghurt. Keith and Manu are excellent hosts, and provided good support for our group of 12. The arrangements for pick up from Munich worked well.
The mountain biking is extensive, and there are lots of options, from cruising easy routes to tough downhill singletrack. Most of the trails are natural, going through trees. However there are some easily reached man made downhill trails in Kitzbuhel. We used the skilift system a lot, but there are plenty of good climbs for those of you who want to exercise.
The farm is about 40 minutes walk from Ellmau, but Keith is happy to ferry you around in his minibus.
There is plenty to do in the area for non-bikers including mountain walking, golf, horse riding, paragliding and swimming. There are good bars and restuarants locally.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found this place on the internet and wasn't disappointed we been three times over the years. Keith, Manu and the kids are great. Keith test your ability then it's into the tracks which are fantastic. We love Austria the views and clean air is amazing. Fabulas open air pool close if you need a relax day. Summer can get hot we've had some great weather enjoy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great time! We were a group of 7 with different capabilities and Keith made it interesting and entertaining for all of us! The weather - outside of control for all of us - could have been better but Keith always found the right tour for us so we could have fun cycling. He made us cycling to lovely places, gave us the opportunity for great lunch breaks at lovely huts in the mountains and mountain lakes.
He arranged the bikes, maintained them for us as needed during the time.
One day we did not use the cable car and just cycled from Elmau, the other day we used the cable car and cycled several times down from the top. Two very different days and both great!
I can highly recommend it.
