W	Westies Of Rolling Stones on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nachdem ich heute (21. 06. 2019 ca 9:20) als Notfall mit dem Taxi zur Augenklinik gefahren bin, wegen eines Fremdkörpers im Augapfel, sah ich überraschender Weise vielen wartenden Patienten. Ich wurde aufgenommen, man gab mir auch Schmerztropfen ins Auge, Schmerzstufe mittlerweile 6, die jedoch keine Wirkung zeigten. Inzwischen wurden die Warteliste, der scheinbar auch Sonntags durchgeführten Kontrolle, abgearbeitet. Bis ich es dann wirklich nicht mehr aushielt und das Aufnahmepersonal fragte, wie lange man einen Schmerzpatienten mit einem Fremdkörper noch warten lassen wolle. Lapidare Antwort das entscheidet der Arzt, aber sie würde es weitergeben. Danach wurde ich aber als nächste Patientin aufgerufen. Worauf mir der Fremdkörper der im Augapfel steckte entfernte, und erklärte es würde noch ein paar Tage wehtun, weil die Hornhaut zerkratzt sei. Warum kann man Patienten die Schmerzen haben nicht einfach gleich behandeln? Sind Ärzte da wirklich schon so abgestumpft. Ich kenne die Zahnklinik, die Kieferklinik und die Neurochirurgie mit bester medizinischen Versorgung, da stößt einem diese Klinik sauer auf. After I drove to the eye clinic by taxi as an emergency (21. 06. 2019 approx. 9:20) because of a foreign body in the eyeball, I surprisingly saw many waiting patients. I was taken in, painkillers were also listed in the eye, pain level meanwhile 6, but they had no effect. Meanwhile, the waiting list, apparently also on Sunday carried out control, worked off. Until I really could not stand it anymore and the reception staff asked how long you wanted to keep a pain patient with a foreign body waiting. Lapidary answer that decides the doctor, but she would pass it on. After that I was called as the next patient. Whereupon the foreign body which was in the eyeball removed me, and declared it would hurt a few more days, because the cornea was scratched. Why can not patients treat the pain in the same way? Do doctors really dull that way? I know the dental clinic, the maxillofacial clinic and the neurosurgery with the best medical care.

Had a squint operation on my right eye. Preliminary examinations and surgery went perfectly. Super nice doctors and great nursing staff. Many thanks for everything!

Es gibt viele schlechte Ärzte, die nicht richtig diagnostizieren, und alle Ärzte machen immer eine Pause und arbeiten nicht. Ich habe viel Zeit im Wartezimmer verbracht. Seine Ärzte haben überhaupt keine Persönlichkeit und kümmern sich nicht um den Patienten. Bitte wählen Sie ein anderes Krankenhaus One star is too much for this hospital. There are a lot of bad doctors who don't diagnose properly, and all doctors always take a break and don't work. I spent a lot of time in the waiting room. His doctors have no personality at all and do not care about the patient. Please choose another hospital
S	Strings Theorie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bei dieser Klinik fehlen mir fast die Worte. Einlieferung als Notfallpatient um 20:00 und keine anderen Patienten Wartebereich. Erstuntersuchung erst um 23:00 Uhr!!! Habe den größten Respekt vor diesen Arbeitern nur wenn der operierende Arzt den Patienten über die Folgeschäden der OP nicht einmal aufklärt wäre es mir lieber ich hätte mein Auge zur Gänze verloren. IM ERNST! Bei den unzähligen Nachuntersuchungen wohlgemerkt mit Termin und genauer Uhrzeit zu denen man pünktlich erscheinen muss sonst wird man nicht mal angenommen kann man den Ganzen Tag einplanen. Termin um 7 Uhr Früh. Aufruf und Untersuchung um 7 Uhr Abend. 12 Stunden Wartezeit für 10 Minuten Untersuchung. Hier merkt man wie unser Gesundheitssystem am Ende ist. Danke aber NIE MEHR! At this clinic I am almost speechless. Admission as an emergency patient at 8:00 p.m. and no other patients waiting area. First examination at 11 p.m. !!! Have the greatest respect for these workers only when the operating doctor not even informing the patient about the sequelae of the operation, I would have preferred I had completely lost my eye. SERIOUSLY! With the countless follow-up examinations, mind you, with an appointment and exact time at which you have to appear on time, otherwise you will not even be accepted, you can plan the whole day. Appointment at 7 a.m. Call and examination at 7 o'clock in the evening. 12 hours waiting time for 10 minutes examination. Here you can see how our health system is in the end. Thanks but NEVER MORE!

Wenn man zu einem Patienten sagt "Sie haben diese Symptome nicht", bloß weil man in der Augenklinik nichts finden kann. Nachdem diese subjektiv sind ist das schon eine sehr gewagte Aussage - man kann auch nicht einfach sagen "Sie haben kein Kopfweh". Verstehe schon dass man mir hier nicht weiterhelfen konnte, wenn nichts gefunden wird, aber das ist für mich kein Grund ernstzunehmende Symptome runterzuspielen. Grundsätzlich etwas gestresste Stimmung, mache freundlicher als andere, aber keine gute Gesamt-Stimmung hier, alle wirkten sehr angespannt, auch im Umgang mit den Patienten. Hier sehe ich das größte Verbesserungspotenial. Danke trotzdem für die Bemühungen! Overall I felt a little uncomfortable. Saying to a patient "You don't have these symptoms" just because you can't find anything at the eye clinic. Since these are subjective, that's a very bold statement - you can't just say "You don't have a headache". I understand that I couldn't be helped here if nothing was found, but that's no reason for me to downplay serious symptoms. Basically a bit stressed mood, make you friendlier than others, but not a good overall mood here, everyone seemed very tense, also when dealing with the patients. This is where I see the greatest potential for improvement. Thanks for the effort anyway!
B	Birgit Engel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War am 21.01.2022 aufgrund sichtbar zunehmenden Lidschwellung mit Schmerzen plus Rötung auf der Innenseite des rechten Auges nach Verwenden der verordneten Antibiotika-Salbe meines Augenarztes auf der Notfall-Ambulanz der Augenklinik im LKH Graz. Vielen Dank für diese so genaue, einfühlsame, kompetente und aufklärende Behandlung!!! Neben der Behandlung meiner Beschwerden wurde sogar meine Fehlsichtigkeit in die Ferne von dieser, so bemühten, Ärztin diagnostiziert und mir, als Therapie selbstverständlich auch ein Rezept für eine Brille ausgestellt. Ohne diesem Termin bei dieser Medizinerin auf der Augenklinik wäre mir diese Fehlsichtigkeit gar nicht bewusst gewesen! Diese Fachärztin gab mir auch genug Zeit für Fragen! Zum Schluß bekam ich auch noch rasch einen Befund mit. Was on January 21, 2022 due to visibly increasing eyelid swelling with pain plus redness on the inside of the right eye after using the antibiotic ointment prescribed by my ophthalmologist to the emergency outpatient clinic of the eye clinic in LKH Graz. Thank you for this precise, sensitive, competent and informative treatment!!! In addition to the treatment of my complaints, this doctor, who worked so hard, even diagnosed my ametropia in the distance and, of course, also issued me a prescription for glasses as therapy. Without this appointment with this doctor at the eye clinic, I would not have been aware of this ametropia! This specialist also gave me enough time for questions! At the end I also got a quick result.
